Corporate Overview IN-COM Data Systems of Richardson, Texas is a privately held software development and marketing company founded by Mr. Shlomo Friman in 1997. The company is self funding with no outstanding debt. Management Team The IN-COM Management Team has a wealth of business and technology depth. Prior to IN-COM, Mr. Shlomo Friman was the General Manager and founder of Dreamscope Consultants, an offshore software development center based in China. Mr. Friman has extensive experience as an architect and designer of state of the art technology solutions. As an out of the box thinker, his innovative ideas are constantly being adopted and used to improve IT environments in Fortune 500 companies such as Citibank and Sprint. He holds multiple patents in search technology. Mr. Friman is a graduate of Van Zyll and Pritchard South Africa. Mr. Ami Sadeh serves as IN-COM s Chief Technology Officer. Prior to IN-COM, Mr. Sadeh was the CTO of Profix, a credit and collections software company. He has an extensive background using state of the art technologies such as.net, Java and Web services to solve critical business problems. His vision provides leading edge technology answers which allow business to gain a competitive edge. Born in Israel, Mr. Sadeh is a graduate of the Israel Army Officer School (the Israeli "West Point"). He is a decorated military officer recognized for leadership, management abilities and training abilities. Ms. Martha Talbott is IN-COM s Vice President of Finance and Administration. She brings a wealth of business expertise to her role at IN-COM, which covers over 20 years of experience and financial acumen. Ms. Talbot s background includes Profix, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. During her tenure at Profix she also served on the National Board of Directors of ACCA (American Commercial Collection Association), where she was the first woman elected to that post. Customer Support IN-COM Data Systems Inc. is committed to delivering a high quality of support to all our product and service users. The SMARTTS Support Service provides a central point for product usage questions, incident logging and product distribution. At all stages of an incident's progression, the support services will be able to advise of its status. Typical support agreements will specify the availability (office hours only, extended hours, weekends included, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and whether application support is required in addition to product. Customers also have access to our website support area for access to product updates, helpful user information and incident logging. Registered users can access this resource with a password issued from our support department. For each product a dedicated team of skilled and experienced professionals is in place to answer your questions. Our standard technical support hours for our customers are 7:00am- 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00am-4:00pm on Saturday, CST. After hours support is available at all other times at our current hourly rate, except on major holidays. IN-COM is also very attentive to customer requests for enhancements.
