1 TAAZAA INC COMPANY PROFILE OUR STORY Taazaa LLC was founded in 2007 as an Ohio corporation to offer software development and hosting consulting to small and medium sized businesses. Since then we have been growing at a steady rate of over 50% every year. With some of our initial clients being in the healthcare, we developed a product offering that enable significant business automation in the retail healthcare space. In 2011, to meet customer demand for quality software at an affordable price Taazaa opened its own development center in New Delhi India. Taazaa continues to forge its vision to be instrumental in making our customers businesses stronger by providing rich technology competencies, domain expertise, and passion for quality software. 2 OUR TEAM YASIR DRABU, PHD. FOUNDER AND CTO Yasir Drabu has over 13 years of experience in software development and over 7 years in web application development. In 2007 he started Taazaa LLC and company focused on providing software product development and cloud computing infrastructures services. Before starting Taazaa, he was the co-founder of Liquid Learning Inc, which he took for zero to $1 mil in revenue in 2 years by boot-strapping. He has a PhD in Computer Science from Kent State and a Bachelor s degree in Electronic and Communication from Bangalore University. He has been awarded the Ohio Board of Regents scholarship for research excellence. He is very passionate about how technology and computers will shape the future. BIDHAN BARUAH HEAD OF OPERATIONS, INDIA Bidhan joined Taazaa as a partner and is in charge of running the offshore development centre located in New Delhi, India. He brings with him over 14 years of experience in managing and delivering large scale mission critical software projects. He has working knowledge in several industries like Health Care, Travel and Logistics. He manages the development teams with focus on software architecture, meeting client requirements and maintaining service delivery metrics. An MBA (Systems), he specializes in agile development, continuous integration and Test Driven Development (TDD), ensuring customers increase their productivity while controlling costs. He ensures the successful, zerosurprises execution of all our clients projects, and the delivery of our SAAS based product. CRAIG LINDLEY SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Craig joined Taazaa in 2010 and is in charge of growing sales. Craig brings a unique blend of eleven years of business development, marketing, and process improvement experience to the company. Prior to joining Taazaa, he co-founded HealthYes! and proactive health screening and one of Taazaa s early clients. He also held various positions, including Area Development Manager with First Magnus Financial Corp and Account Executive with Romac International. Additional experience in real-estate development, project management, and web-based marketing strategies taught Craig to think big and execute at the ground level. He has a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Process Improvement from Arizona State University. VINCENT SALVO - ADVISOR Vincent works as a Venture Partner at TEXO ventures and serve as an advisor to Taazaa. He is working across the complete healthcare, strategy, sales and technology development continuum; building high performing teams, companies and products. He has had the opportunity of working with the Who s Who in healthcare, life science and technology. Over the course of many years, he has served companies in executive leadership roles (interim and staff) such as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, Vice President Global Business Development and Alliances, VP Collaborative Innovation, Vice President of Corporate Development (M&A) and Strategy, Executive Vice President of Global Healthcare Development, and COO.

5 SAMPLE PROJECTS PORTFOLIO HEALTHFAIR PREVENTIVE MEDICAL SCREENING ERP SOLUTION The client is a provider of medical preventive screening assessing the risk of stroke, carotid artery, osteoporosis and other deceases. This application was an end-to-end business management and automation application. It handled everything from marketing, sales, scheduling of patients, point of sales, call center, electronic medical records, doctor s evaluation, vendor invoicing, sale team management, affiliate commission, doctor payments, territory management, etc. The application integrated with the medial equipment and electronically sends the results to the doctors for evaluation. The final results were then delivered to the client via a secure online portal. This was an industry first. This project is ongoing and has over 360 man months and had a team of 10 people working on it (~ $1 million engagement). ASP.NET 4/C#/IIS 7.0/MS SQL 2008/XML/XSLT/WCF/nUnit/MS Unity IoC Agile Development: Being a established company led to weekly releases and managing multiple version of the software. To keep pace with the feature requirements and changes we adopted a combination of SCRUM and XP techniques to manage the project. Complex Business Rules: The application had very complex business rules. We adopted Domain Driven Design and extensive unit testing to ensure quality of the software. BIPOLAR HOPE SOCIAL NETWORKING, ECOMMERCE AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT Biplolar hope and Esparanza are leading publication in their domain. They need to bring their print business online. They wanted to be able to publish content online, sell subscriptions and back issues and wanted a help their bring people with the similar disorder into an online support group. We build a content management system that allowed them to manage their websites easily. We also develop a ecommerce component that allowed visitors to buy subscriptions. We also integrated this system with their fulfillment and support house. Finally we developed a social network with the ability to have discussion, start groups, make friends and other commonly found features in social networking software. One of the unique This project had an estimated effort of about 10 man months and had a team of 3 people working on it. ($100K engagement) ASP 3.0/ASP.NET 1.1/C#/IIS 6.0/MS SQL 2005/XML/XSLT/Web Services Time Line: This project had to be delivered in 2 months. We had a lot of features to build and we had weekly status meetings to meet milestones.

6 features they wanted was an extensive set of privacy setting, given the nature of the audience VENERA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD The client wanted an easy to update co-operate website. They also wanted sales activities on the co-operate website to be integrated with other forms of, off-line sales activities. To save costs and still achieve the feature rich functionality, we implemented and customized two Open Source solutions for Content Management and Customer Relationship Management. The solution took the leading CMS (Joomla) and the leading open source CRM (SugarCRM) and provided the client with the tools necessary for improving their business development and sales activities. This project lasted about 6 man months and had a team of 3 people working on it (~$25k engagement). Apache 2.0/My SQL/PHP 5/Open Source Stream Line Business Development: The client wanted a way to integrate their distributed sales efforts and at the same time streamline customer interactions. We implemented Joomla CMS for the co-operate website and SugarCRM for their custom relationship management. OUTSTANDA HOSTED CONTENT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM This Software as a Service provided a complete suite of content management, e-commerce, event management and marketing tools on a hosted platform. There were over 50 sites hosted on this platform and growing. Sample Sites Developed on this platform: Magazine with over 300,000 page views/month Magazine with over 100,00 articles and s/day e-commerce Store Blogging application with over 25,000 readers/month This project had an estimated effort of about 30 man months and had a team of 4 people working on it (~$500K engagement). ASP 3.0/ASP.NET 1.1/C#/IIS 6.0/MS SQL 2005/XML/XSLT/Web Services Scalability: The application had to handle large amount of traffic and data. Many optimization and caching techniques were applied. Configuration Management: A diverse set of web site had to be delivered on the same platform. Robust and isolated XML configurations architecture was developed to simplify complexity.
