Questions to consider Your Situation You re new, feel stagnant, or simply need to take your knowledge to the next level. You have your Certificate IV in Personal Training, however you want to improve your confidence, interpersonal and coaching skills. You are looking for one-on-one mentoring. You are time poor. To find who you are in the fitness industry. To gain a competitive edge. To open your mind to a new way of running your business. To find a mentor dedicated to your success. To increase your professionalism. Ask Yourself Am I providing the level of quality that I want to as a trainer? Am I developing my skills? Do I have a clear idea of what I want to achieve? Do I have systems and processes in place to make my career simpler? More time efficient? Do I have a support network of mentors to take my business to another level? Do I have the dedication, determination, consistency, and motivation to succeed and become an elite PT? The Good vs. Great Personal Trainer. The trainer who flogs their clients like a dead horse through template style workouts and diet fads. Vs.
