6 Emphasis The Master Professional Fitness Trainer Program provides a comprehensive, quality educational experience that prepares graduates with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully apply their learning in the business of Personal Training. The extensive curriculum is designed to build foundational knowledge that supports advanced course curriculum and the application of that knowledge in a real-life fitness setting during the externship. The comprehensive program is a 40-week curriculum totaling 670 contact hours. The instructor-led coursework consists of approximately 430 hours of online study (reading, videos, webinars, learning activities, assignments and quizzes) combined with approximately 240 hours of live, hands-on learning (in-club class labs, instructorsupervised practical hours and externship).
