Generally viewed as a qualification for program managers it will equip you to work in multi-disciplinary teams (across the organisation) involved in the management of programs and/or project portfolios. > Prerequisites To be successful, you should be performing a broad range of roles that project management entails, ranging from conceptualization and planning stages, through to project completion and evaluation. This will allow sufficient opportunity for you to successfully complete assessment tasks which typically involve work relevant projects, although simulated and/or hypothetical arrangements are also acceptable. You will be given assessments for each course that you attend. Assessments include a series of underpinning knowledge questions and third party reports.
