Venue Information Disney s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground offers a little something for everyone. Nestled on 750 acres between the Magic Kingdom and Epcot., the campground and resort will take you back to a simpler time. Appreciate the natural beauty of the resort and its furry residents. Many animals can be sighted on the property. Meeting information: Sessions will be held at different meeting locations on property. Meeting location information will be provided prior to the event. Since this is a campout meeting, weather will play a role in our meeting venue. Lodging: Each attendee is on their own for making lodging arrangements. We understand that camping is not for everyone, but trust that you will find comfortable accommodations in a cabin at the resort, another Disney property (which provides free transportation) or any other Orlando hotel or resort in the area. Communication: Attendees are encouraged to provide cell numbers to receive text message updates during the event. Speaker Information Joseph Newsome, CPC, CPC-H, CPCO, CPMA, CPPM, CPC-I, CEMC President / Senior Instructor Joseph, of St. Augustine, Florida, is a well-known member of the coding and compliance community, with over 15 years of progressive and diverse responsibility in academic Institutions, including operations management, administration and compliance. Mr. Newsome is an international trainer and key note speaker. He is a frequent speaker and author for nationally recognized professional organizations and publications with an emphasis on Evaluation and Management, Auditing and Compliance. Prior to joining MCHC, Joseph managed a large medical management corporation in Southern California, where he was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the coding and billing operations / compliance program. He also served on the Advisory Board for United Education Institute and co-founded the Inland Empire Coders Association. Adventure Details Create Your Own Mickey Ears Contest We will provide the supplies and you provide the creativity. Create your ears after your favorite character, ride or park. Your custom made Mickey ears will turn heads as you walk through the campground and the Walt Disney World Resort! Show your Disney side and creativity with this customized project! The ears receiving the most votes will receive a prize. Chip and Dale s Campfire Sing-A-Long Join us at the as the night falls for a cowboy sin-a-long featuring Chip and Dale. A Disney classic will take center stage under the stars once Chip and Dale complete the personal meet and greet. MCHC will be providing smores by the campfire. Fort Wilderness Nature Trail Walk Nothing says Good Morning like nature! Join us as we walk through the beauty of the campground nature trail. We will not finish the 2.5 mile trail in the time allotted, but will take in as much as possible. This is a great opportunity to network with other attendees and hopefully have some amazing photo opportunities. Scrapbooking Project What is more peaceful than a nature walk? Scrapbooking! We will provide some photos taken the day before and all the materials to create the perfect scrapbooking page for your folio. Feel free to bring your own photos, supplies and instructional support. The possibilities are endless!

Adventure Details Fireworks on the Beach After a long day of educational sessions and fun activities, relax on the beach at Fort Wilderness as the Fireworks boom and blast over the Magic Kingdom in the distance. Electrical Water Pageant This water parade pageant is a real treat! The 14 barges, each with 25ft tall lighted displays, debuted on October 26 1971 as part of the opening celebrations of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and the Contemporary Resort. Group Photo Take time to snap a picture to remember the group you made so many memories with at Disney s magical Fort Wilderness. The Camper Games Who will be the Last Coder Standing? Put on your game face as attendees are challenged. Prepare for the challenge by participating in the conference sessions and taking good notes. There can only be one Coder Standing. Will it be you?
