Research Findings Studies have cmpared the academic achievement f EL students receiving different types f services, and have had similar results. One f the largest quantitative studies is by Cllier & Thmas, (1997) Laurie Olsen (2010) summarizes the Cllier & Thmas study findings in the fllwing graph.
