5. ACCOUNTABILITIES Key area f respnsibility 1. Maintain Slutins and Existing Envirnment Deliver ICT peratinal service utcmes, as planned. Expected utcmes Guiding and verseeing the delivery f infrastructure services in accrdance with agreed service level targets, including: Accuntability fr infrastructure service availability and supprt respnsiveness. Managing the mnitring, maintenance, upgrade and supprt f the TDHB IT infrastructure envirnment. Overseeing reprts and dcumentatin related t the TDHB IT infrastructure envirnment peratins. Develping and implementing infrastructure maintenance schedules fr the TDHB IT infrastructure envirnment. Leading the develpment and implementatin f infrastructure peratinal plicies and prcedures. Acting as an escalatin pint fr incidents and events. Owning the relatinship with designated ICT vendrs and service prviders. Analysing existing peratins and identifying and implementing imprvements t supprt grwth f the TDHB IT infrastructure envirnment. 2. Slutin Identificatin and Build Create feasible ptimal infrastructure slutins that meet custmer needs and minimise risk. Cntribute t the develpment f infrastructure strategies, radmaps and plans. Assess the ptential f emerging technlgies and innvatin ideas and determine suitability fr TDHB. In the capacity f Senir Systems Engineer: Define functinal and technical requirements. Frmulate slutins and detailed designs. Build and test new and upgraded slutins. Dcument slutins and designs. 3. Mentr Team Members Cntribute t the develpment f human resurce capabilities t meet TDHB gals and bjectives. Be a fcal pint fr the team fr cmmunicatin and issue identificatin, reslutin and escalatin. Prvide technical mentring and caching f team members where apprpriate. Cntribute t perfrmance management prcesses and persnal develpment t ensure the right skillsets are maintained within the team. 8. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE A relevant tertiary qualificatin (e.g. Infrmatin Technlgy, Science, Engineering). Five t ten years IT industry experience, including relevant infrastructure experience. Relevant certificatins such as Micrsft r ther vendr training curses relevant t infrastructure. ITIL Fundatin Certificate is highly desirable. Invlvement in infrastructure prjects, including replacement r upgrade f cre infrastructure cmpnents. 9. SKILLS Excellent verbal and written cmmunicatin skills. Effective reasning skills. Knwledge f cre Micrsft technlgies (Windws, AD, Printing), virtualisatin technlgies (e.g. VMware), NetApp strage slutins, FlexPd architecture, databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL), MS Exchange, Citrix, UNIX, and, web technlgies is highly desirable.
