Prcedure fr Requesting Schlarship Payment Payment f schlarship funds is made directly t the accredited cllege r university r technical/trade schl n behalf f the recipient. In the event f special educatin needs, payment f schlarship awards can be directed t the recipient upn prir apprval f the Assciate Dean fr 4-H. Under these cnditins an IRS Frm 1099-MISC will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service and with yu fr the calendar year in which it is received.
