Copy Package for your Area 1. Select the zip file that pertains to your area. The areas are based on the old area structure which separates the areas into four instead of the three sections. Open TestNav and Select Correct Address Testing whether or not TestNav is working and is able to connect to the proctor cache located at ETS. Open TestNav Click the TestNav icon in your dock. During testing this is where the student will enter their student number. 2. This will be the session test code generated in Pearson Access. Error Messages Errors on the Apple client will show up like this. If you run into an issue like this please check your network connecting and reinstall the package. Problems you will see are usually due to network connectivity. It is extremely important for you to check that the computer having an issue is able to connect to the internet.
