Performances: Tungt Tungt is a performance by Mari Bø, dancer and choreographer from Tromsø who studied at Norges Dansehøyskole in Oslo and graduated in 2012. This is her debut performance and it is a pleasure for Dansearena nord to present such a young voice in this setting. Kartellet Dance artist Sigurd Johan Heide is a choreographer with emphasis on traditional dance. His dance piece Kartellet (The Cartel) is an interactive performance where stage and audience are not separated. The performance bases itself on the most important premise of traditional dances from Norway; participation. HomeMade Haugen Produksjoner has created this HomeMade production which takes place in the artists private homes. Three very intimate and private performances are being prepared for you. Every artist is different and so are the homes and the experience of the audience. You will receive a map describing your way between the performances. Welcome home! Ho Aurora og han Borealis The Northern Lights have always fascinated us and continues to fascinate. Aurora Borealis is in this performance turned into a man and a woman, a dancer and a musician. This work in progress viewing is an excerpt of a longer piece. Performed by Silje Solheim Johnsen and Svein Medby.
