Introduction Recent years marked the emergence of new standards in the banking sector. The development of modern means of communication has completely changed our perception of banking services and the relationship between the bank and its clients. BZWBK was one of the first banks to realise the changes and offer a modern package of electronic banking services called BZWBK24. The growing number of businesses taking advantage of this offering indicates that our clients have learned to appreciate the comfort, safety and independence of the new forms of access to bank accounts - via the telephone, the mobile and the Internet. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us. Let us assure you that we will continue to do our best to make the management of your money even more convenient and pleasant. To this end, we are presenting to you a new edition of the Guide to BZWBK24 Services including the new options, functionalities and the additional package for corporate customers called My Company Plus. In 2005, the electronic services offered by Bank Zachodni WBK were awarded in a competition organised by Polskie Towarzystwo Handlowe Sp. z o.o. in the EUROSERVICE category for two service packages addressed to small and medium-size enterprises: BZWBK24 Standard and BZWBK24 My Company Plus.

Safe Use of Electronic Services Electronic banking is not only quick, cost-effective and convenient but also safe. However, each system is only as safe as its weakest link. The security foundations of the system are laid down jointly by the Bank and you, the user of our services. Below find the description of the safety aspects guaranteed by the Bank. In the following sections, the elements dependent on you and your employees are enumerated in the form of a list of recommendations. The safety of BZWBK24 services is ensured by: Customer Identification Number (NIK) A unique number assigned to each user of BZWBK24 services. The number consists of eight digits and, together with the PIN password, is used for authentication in the login process. The NIK number should never be revealed to any third parties except for authorised employees of the Bank. PIN Password The PIN password ensures exclusive access to selected BZWBK24 services and serves the purpose of authentication in the login process. You will receive your PIN password in a securely sealed envelope to make sure you are the only person who knows it. Different PIN passwords are used with different services. Depending on the service, the PIN password may consist of at least four digits for BZWBK24 telephone and BZWBK24 sms, at least four different characters for BZWBK24 wap and up to twenty characters for BZWBK24 Internet service. The PIN password for BZWBK24 Internet service must meet the following criteria: the password may not consist of letters or digits only; there cannot be three identical characters in the PIN password next to each other; the password may not contain the NIK number, part of the NIK number or NIK number written backwards; the new PIN may not be the same as the previous PIN; capital and lower case letters in the PIN password are differentiated. The PIN password should never be disclosed to other people! Additional Password Additional password is used for telephone authentication. The password is defined at activation of BZWBK24 services and is used for blocking or unblocking access to selected services. The additional password should never be disclosed to other people! Authentication The purpose of authentication is to check the identity of the user and his/her authorisation to access the system. The basic authentication procedure consists of entering the NIK number and the PIN password. It is a so called simple authentication sufficient to make use of passive services which do not result in changes in the account balance or to make transfers to predefined accounts. The more advanced authentication (so called strong authentication) involves the use of smscode or an additional cryptographic device called a security token.

smscode SmsCode is a safe, cost-effective and easy to use Internet transaction authentication method. The only thing you need is a regular mobile telephone. When making a money transfer via BZWBK24 Internet service, enter all the data in the transfer form and the system will automatically send a text message with the security code. The code has to be typed in the relevant field on the screen before final authorisation of the transaction. Each smscode message is unique and is active only for three minutes so that no unauthorised person can use it. SmsCodes offer the user unprecedented flexibility in managing the account. Using smscodes you can transfer your money to all bank accounts and increase the daily transaction value limit. In order to get access to the service, you need to sign an agreement at one of our branches and specify the mobile number you will be using for authorisation. Remember to cancel the service if you happen to lose your mobile. Security Token A security token is a miniature encrypting device with a functionality similar to that of smscode. Tokens generate single-use, unique codes which are used as a kind of an electronic signature in authorising transactions in BZWBK24 Internet and BZWBK24 wap. To activate the token you need to key in a special five-digit PIN password to prevent unauthorised persons from using it. By means of a token you can authorise transfer orders to any accounts and add new entries to the list of beneficiaries to avoid manual completion of the transfer order form each time you transfer money. Since tokens enhance the security of transactions, the daily transaction value limit can be increased. When a wrong token PIN password is entered three times the token is automatically blocked. To unblock it, you need to call the BZWBK24 Advisors Team (061) 856 52 42 or visit any of the Bank s branches. Tokens are also issued to the users of Investor Online, a service offered by the brokerage House of Bank Zachodni WBK. The same tokens can be used for BZWBK24 Internet and BZWBK24 wap services. Transaction limits Upon activation of BZWBK24 services, a daily transaction limit is set i.e. the maximum amount of money which you can transfer to third-party accounts on one day. The limit applies to all services in the package excluding transfers to own accounts and operations on deposits. You can also set a separate limit for transactions secured and unsecured by smscodes and/or token. If you are using smscode or a token you can set a higher limit for transfers to third-party accounts. An additional monthly limit is set for prepaid phone top-ups via BZWBK24 sms service. Predefined Third-Party Accounts If you are not using smscode or token authorisation, you can only make electronic money transfers to predefined third-party accounts. This restriction is imposed by reasons of safety, to guarantee that your money can only be transferred to third-party accounts predefined by you. When signing the agreement for BZWBK24 electronic banking services, you can predefine up to nine different third-party accounts, with a payment type assigned to each of them to facilitate submission of transfer orders. The predefined accounts may belong to your suppliers, the power supplier, telephone operators or any other institutions, businesses or individuals selected by you. You can modify the list of predefined beneficiary accounts personally by visiting one of the Bank s branches, over the phone at (061) 856 52 42 or via

the Internet, using the option Beneficiaries and authorising the modification by means of an smscode or a token. The possibility of making money transfers to any third-party accounts is available to the users of tokens via BZWBK24 Internet and BZWBK24 wap services and the users of smscodes via BZWBK24 Internet. Predefined Own Accounts Each of our clients may have more than one account, however, when signing the BZWBK24 agreement for electronic banking services, you may decide that only some of them will be operated under the BZWBK24 package. Other accounts may be managed in a traditional way. The BZWBK24 telephone service and BZWBK24 sms service offer access to information only about the predefined own accounts, while information about all accounts is available in BZWBK24 Internet and BZWBK24 wap. Encryption Encryption is used for the purpose of data transmission and archiving. In BZWBK24 Internet and BZWBK24 wap, we are currently using the most reliable and the strongest SSL encryption with 128-bit keys and a certificate provided by VeriSign Inc. When the certificate is used, the address displayed by the web browser starts with https:// instead of the regular http://. When using the Internet, you can check the certificate by double-clicking the padlock symbol in the lower right hand corner of the screen and reading the information in the General and Details tabs. You should make sure that the certificate has been issued to www.centrum24.pl and check the validity dates. You can also check the certification path (Certification Path tab) which should be as follows: VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary CA o www.werisign.com/cps Incorp. by Ref. LIABILITY LTD. (c) 97 VeriSign www.centrum24.pl Blocked Access to Services When wrong authentication data are entered three times in a row upon logging onto the system, access to the services will be automatically blocked. To unblock it, you must call the BZWBK24 Advisors Team at (061) 856 52 42 and go through the telephone authentication procedure including the additional password. All components of the BZWBK24 package can be blocked or selected services only. Cancelling BZWBK24 Services You can cancel one or more services from the BZWBK24 package. This procedure should be used only in justified circumstances since reactivation of cancelled services requires generation of new PIN passwords. Cancelled services can be reactivated at any of the Bank s branches. Cancelling the Mobile Number You can also cancel the mobile number provided to the Bank which is used for customer authentication and authorisation of transaction orders. This procedure is required when the phone is lost, damaged or in other similar circumstances. To cancel the mobile number call the BZWBK24 Electronic Advisors Team (061) 856 52 42 or visit any of the Bank s branches.

Terminating Inactive Internet Sessions After 10 minutes of continuous inactivity, you will be automatically logged out of the transaction service and the system will redirect you to the log-in page. Registration of Activities The system automatically records all user activities during an Internet session (e.g. login attempts, review of account history, making a money transfer, etc.) and other information such as the certificate, IP address or telephone number of the user. Recording Phone Calls All phone calls to the Advisors Team at (061) 856 52 42 are recorded. The recordings may be used as evidence of orders and instructions placed. Internal Procedures Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. has implemented rigorous operating procedures to ensure protection of personal and financial data. The procedures also cover response to emergency situations. User Guidelines 1. Protection of NIK and PIN Keep your PIN passwords, NIK numbers etc. confidential. Do not reveal your PIN passwords even to the Bank staff. If you suspect that your PIN password may have been disclosed, change the password immediately or cancel the service by visiting the nearest Bank branch or calling the BZWBK24 Advisors Team. Do not use the same PINs for various services (e.g. BZWBK24 Internet, BZWBK24 Telephone or the payment cards). If you feel you have to write down your NIK or PIN number, do it in such a way as to prevent an unauthorised person from identifying the data. Change your passwords regularly e.g. once a month. 2. Logging to the BZWBK24 Internet Service Log into the service from the BZWBK website (www.bzwbk.pl) or directly from the transactional service http://www.centrum24.pl by entering the correct address in the address line of the web browser. Never use an address or a link emailed to you by another person to log on to the system. Before logging in, make sure the address in the address line of the web browser starts with https and not http. Make sure a padlock symbol denoting an encrypted session appears at the bottom of the screen.

If you find a padlock symbol, double-click on it to check whether the displayed certificate is valid and whether it has been issued to Bank Zachodni WBK for the Internet address www.centrum24.pl. If the padlock system is invisible or if the certificate has been issued for another address, do not use the service and do not enter your NIK and PIN numbers. Immediately contact the BZWBK24 Advisors Team (061) 856 52 42. If you have a token or if you use smscodes you can change the login procedure and enhance the security of your money by an additional instrument. You can do it while logged into the service (option Settings Login). The next login to BZWBK24 Internet service will be a two-step process. You will first be requested to enter your PIN and NIK numbers and in the second step you will key in the smscode or the number generated by the token. When logging in, the NIK number and the PIN password are entered in two consecutive steps (two different screens). Each PIN character is entered in a separate field. You can also enter PIN using the keyboard on the screen. 3. Using BZWBK24 Internet Service In the transaction service, use only one web browser window at a time. When operating the service, do not use the web browser navigation keys (such as Back, Next, Refresh or Stop). The transaction service has its own keys and links which ensure convenient and safe navigation around the website. Make use of smscodes or tokens to achieve the highest security level offered by the Bank. If you are disconnected from the transaction service (e.g. by the telephone operator), log into the service again and check whether the system saved your last orders. When you have finished working with the transaction service or when you need to leave your computer unattended you must first log out of the transaction service using the Logout option available in the main menu. 4. Using BZWBK24 Wap Service After making operations on your account, check whether you find them on the list of released orders. If you are disconnected or errors occur during processing of the operation, check whether the operation has been saved under Released Orders. It is possible that right after making the operation, your mobile will not be showing updated data. If so, log into the service once again from the home page. Standard WAP connections use port 9201. However, connections to banking services should, for reasons of safety, be made using port 9203 which enables encryption of the data. In mobile telephones which do not have a port number option, like Nokia, for example, Encrypted Connection option must be set. Other settings should be made in accordance with the recommendations of the telephone operators. Note: Data transmission starts from defining the encryption key. The process is initiated automatically for connections using port 9203. Different mobile telephones have different ways of informing the user about encrypted connection. Some require a two-step acceptance of encryption, however, in the majority of mobile phones the encryption key is defined only during the first connection to the service. Subsequently, the same key is used. If you have any problems with WAP connections, contact the customer service of your mobile operator.

5. Other Guidelines Use the recommended web browser settings described on the Bank s website. Follow the recommendations of the operating system and web browser manufacturers and install the recommended updates of your software. Use regularly updated anti-virus software at all times. Install a personal firewall. Firewall is a security system which defends your computer against unauthorised internal or external access and protects information about the user and the resources stored on the computer. Do not access electronic banking services in public places, such as Internet cafes. The software used in such places can be configured or modified in such a way that data of the users are captured without their consent. Do not open or execute programs or files from unknown sources. Use only legal software. Use a token or smscode for login to ensure additional security. If you use those instruments to authorise money transfers, you can also employ them as additional keys upon login. Activate the Alerts24 service to receive current information from the Bank about the operations on your account in the form of emails or text messages. If you need help, you can always (24 hours 7 days a week) contact the BZWBK24 Advisors Team at (061) 856 52 42 or report your problem by electronic mail sent to pomoc24@bzwbk.pl. Inform the Bank immediately about any suspicious situations. You can do it at any time by calling us at (061) 856 52 42 or by visiting any of the Bank s outlets. Choose the Conversion option. Click on the Select button. Click on the Redemption button. Choose the source fund whose units you want to convert into the units of another fund. Choose a register in the source fund. Choose a target fund from the list of available funds. If you want to make a conversion to an existing register, select the register on the list. If a new register is to be opened as a result of conversion, select the proper flag and read the information prospectus of the fund. Choose the method of defining the conversion volume (number of units, gross amount, net amount, entire register see below). Define the conversion volume (number of units with three decimals, amount of money including groshes). If you choose to convert the entire register, this field is not displayed. Check the correctness of the data and authorise the transaction using smscode or a token. The execution of the order may take up a few days. Upon redemption of participation units income tax on savings profits may be withheld (if the converted units have generated profits and are subject to taxation) or a distribution fee may be charged (if the target fund has a higher distribution fee than the source fund and the conversion is made for the first time). If, as a result of conversion, the remaining number or value of units in the register is lower than the minimum required by the fund s statutes, all units from that register will be redeemed. The same effect may be obtained when the participation units in the source fund are first redeemed and then participation units of the target fund are acquired, however, a conversion order offers a number of additional benefits: A single conversion order will be executed faster than two consecutive orders. An upfront fee may be charged in respect of a redemption order. In the case of conversion, a distribution fee will never be higher than the acquisition fee. In the case of conversion to a fund with the same level of distribution fee, the distribution fee will not be charged. In the case of conversion to a fund with a lower distribution fee, the distribution fee will not be charged. In the case of first conversion to a fund with a higher distribution fee, the distribution fee will be charged, however, only in the amount equivalent to the difference between the fee rates in the source and target funds. After returning to the source fund through another conversion to a given register (for example, 1% rate >>0% rate>>1% rate) the distribution fee will not be charged.

How to define the redemption or conversion volume? When placing the redemption and conversion orders, their volume may be defined in four ways: Number of units. Specify the number of units which are to be redeemed. As a result of redemption, you will receive the amount of money which is a result of multiplication of a number of units and unit value, after deducting the tax and applicable fees, if any. In the case of conversion, the resulting amount, after deducting the distribution fee, if any, will be used to pay for participation units of another fund. Gross amount. The amount specified in the order will be reduced by the potential tax and charges. The balance of the register is reduced exactly by the amount specified in the order. Net amount. You receive the amount specified in the order and the tax and fees, if any, are additionally charged. The balance of the register is reduced by the amount specified in the order plus the potential taxes and fees. In the case of conversion, the resulting net amount, after deducting the distribution fee, if any, will be used to pay for participation units of another fund. Entire register. All units recorded in the register will be redeemed or converted. How to view orders? The option View orders gives access to information about the placed register opening orders and orders for the acquisition, conversion and redemption of Arka funds participation units. Unreleased orders is the option in which orders requiring two signatures will be handled. How to register your company users? My Company Plus package offers a possibility of registering up to 50 users from one company. Upon registration, daily limits and single transaction limits are set. The limits will apply to the transactions which the user can execute individually and in defined user pairs. Registration of company users can be done exclusively at the Bank s branch. Two basic user categories are distinguished: administrators and regular users. Regular users may have different rights (to execute operations, view accounts or to create, sign off and send orders). What kind of rights can be assigned to users? For each user, individual rights to carry out operations and general and detailed rights to access the company accounts can be defined. You can do that at the Bank s branch or via the Administrator option in BZWBK24 Internet. Rights to execute operations The rights to execute operations determine whether the user can execute the following types of operations: Transfer to own account Transfer to 3 rd party account Transfer to ZUS account Taxes

Internet transfer Phone top-up FX transfer General and detailed rights to access company accounts General user rights are defined separately for three account groups (current accounts, deposits and loans). The defined rights will also apply to the accounts of a given type opened by the company in the future. Detailed rights are defined separately for each of the company s bank accounts and prevail over the general rights. This means that general rights apply to all accounts from a given category (current, deposit, loan), with the exception of those accounts for which detailed rights have been defined. Detailed and general rights may have the following values: Unrestricted access to accounts authorisation to view the accounts, define orders, modify unsigned orders, delete unsigned orders, signing orders and sending signed orders Creating and sending signed orders - authorisation to view the accounts, define orders, modify unsigned orders, delete unsigned orders and sending signed orders Sending signed orders authorisation to view the accounts and send signed orders Creating and signing orders - authorisation to view the accounts, define orders, modify unsigned orders, delete unsigned orders, sign orders, cancel signed orders and delete signed orders Creating orders - authorisation to view the accounts, define orders, modify unsigned orders and delete unsigned orders Viewing accounts authorisation to view the accounts only No access to the accounts no authorisation to access the accounts. The administrator may not change his/her own rights which have been assigned by the Bank or other administrators of the company. The administrator authorises all instructions to change selected user rights by means of an smscode or a token. The decision to assign the administrator status to the user should be made upon registering the user at the Bank s branch.

How to use the Administrator option? It is possible to use My Company Plus package without appointing an administrator but in the case of larger companies the Administrator option offers numerous advantages. It helps to manage the access of users to particular services and their rights to execute operations and view the accounts and gives access to the signing-off matrix i.e. information about the maximum value limits for transactions which each user may execute individually or jointly with another user. The Administrator option will appear in the main menu only when the logged user has administrator rights. After choosing the option, a list of users appears on the screen. After selecting a specific user, the administrator may manage their rights by selecting an appropriate authorisation category from a drop-down menu in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Managing access to services After selecting the option Administrator Access to services a list of users appears on the screen with information about their access to particular services from the package. The following information is available for each of the users: NIK Name and surname BZWBK24 Internet service status BZWBK24 Telephone service status BZWBK24 sms service status By selecting and deselecting particular fields in the table, the Administrator may grant and revoke access to services to particular users. After changing the status of the services, modified data are displayed on the screen which need to be confirmed by smscode or a token. Managing the rights to operations The option Administrator Rights to operations defines which operations can be executed by particular package users. After choosing the option, a table with operation types will appear. In order to define or modify the rights of a selected user select or deselect the relevant operation types and click on the Accept button. Using the selection list below the table you can pass on to the presentation of rights of another user of the service package. Managing the rights to accounts General rights After selecting a user in the Administrator Rights to accounts option, a table will appear on the screen presenting the status of the user s general rights i.e. rights to particular categories of accounts (current, deposit, loan). In order to define or modify the rights of selected users, use the selection list in the second column of the table (General rights) for a given account category. The fields in columns 3-6 (Read only O, Save Z, Signing P, Sending W) serve only the information purpose and change depending on the choice made in column two. Using the selection list below the table you can pass on to the presentation of rights of another user of the service package.

Detailed rights` The general rights defined in the way described above apply to all accounts from a given category, unless detailed rights are defined to specific individual accounts. You enter the screen presenting the status of detailed user rights by clicking on the link None or Defined in the last, seventh column of the table (Detailed rights). Depending on which item is selected in that column, all current accounts, deposit accounts or loan accounts will be displayed. Detailed rights are defined and modified using the selection lists by the numbers of particular accounts just like in the General rights table. Signing off matrix The option Administrator Signing off matrix offers access to the table reflecting the financial discretions in force in the company. The table shows maximum value limits for individual transactions which each user may execute with authorisation by one or two persons. Individual transaction limits apply to all types of transactions (transfers to own accounts, 3 rd party accounts and ZUS accounts, payment of taxes, opening or terminating a deposit). On the screen, a signing-off matrix for a particular user is shown. Using the selection list below the table you can pass on to the presentation of a signing off matrix of another user of the service package. The Signing off matrix serves only information purposes because no changes can be made to the matrix via this option. The matrix can be defined and/or modified exclusively at the Bank s branch. Portfolio24 in My Company Plus package The specificity of My Company Plus package has necessitated changes in the operation of Portfolio24 service and the range of available information. Thanks to the hierarchy of user rights, each user using this option has access only to those accounts to which the user is authorised. Additionally, in the summary table of accounts, information about the utilised value of daily transaction limits for My Company Plus package is displayed. Utilised user limit on money transfers the total value of transfer orders authorised by the logged user on the given day using smscodes or a token. Utilised limit on transfers for the entire company - the total value of transfer orders authorised on the given day using smscodes or a token by all users. Additionally, below the table of accounts a number of smscodes used by the company is shown, broken down into free of charge and paid codes. The summary shows smscodes sent to all users in the company since the last settlement date. How to make a transfer? In My Company Plus, users with different rights can participate in money transfers at different stages. The process of preparing money transfers by the authorised users looks the same as in the standard BZWBK24 Internet service. Differences occur only at the stage of confirming the order. Transfer order confirmation Depending on the rights assigned to the user who prepared the transfer and depending on whether the transfer is intended to go directly to the Bank, the user selects the appropriate operation type and if necessary shows where the order should be temporarily stored.

The following operation types are available: Place order the order is saved under Unreleased orders where it will wait for the approval by an authorised user or users. Sign and place order the order is signed and saved under Unreleased orders where it will wait for sending out and/ or signing off by the second approver. Sign and send for execution the order is signed and sent for execution without going through Unreleased orders. This option can be used exclusively by users authorised to individually sign off orders. If the user does not have such rights or of the value of the transfer exceeds the user s individual authorisation limit, choosing the option Sign and send the order for execution will be equivalent to choosing the option Sign and place order. This means that the order will be saved under Unreleased orders where it will wait for the signature by the second approver. Instead of going to Unreleased orders, the order may be added to a batch. Batching of orders is a functionality addressed to companies handling large batches of transfer orders. A separate section of this guide is devoted to this functionality entitled How to use order batching? Unreleased orders presentation of orders In My Company Plus package, all orders which need additional authorisation are saved in the Unreleased orders section. This section can contain maximum 200 orders awaiting modification, amendment, authorisation or sending out. In the Unreleased orders, all types of transfers requiring authorisation by another approver can be stored: transfers to own accounts, deposit opening and termination and transfers to 3 rd party accounts. When a user with limited rights views the Unreleased orders, only orders concerning the accounts to which the user is authorised are displayed. Orders saved under Unreleased orders may have a different status. An order may be: Incorrect this means that some of the order data are incorrect (most often the account number) Expired order execution date is in the past Placed an order has been prepared but has not been signed Awaiting second signature an order signed by one approver requiring authorisation by another approver. Ready for sending an order is correctly signed by one or two approvers as required and is ready to be sent. In My Company Plus three additional filters are available: Orders to be modified orders which can be modified by the logged user Orders to be authorised orders which can be signed off by the logged user individually or together with another approver (in accordance with the discretions defined in the signing off matrix) Orders to be sent orders which can be sent by the logged user. Unreleased orders order processing Orders stored under Unreleased orders can be processed individually or in a batch. Select an order or a group of orders (maximum 50 orders) and click on one of the available buttons. Depending on the assigned rights, the user can choose between the following options:

Sign - signing orders without a need to send them directly for execution. A signed order will wait under Unreleased orders for sending and/ or authorisation by another approver. Sign and send for execution signing the order and sending it to the bank for execution. The order will be sent for execution only when it has the required signatures (in accordance with the signing off matrix). Send for execution sending correctly signed orders for execution. Orders which are not ready for sending can be amended or modified. This applies only to orders which are unsigned (status Placed). Modification can be introduced by a user authorised to sign the order individually or in a pair with another user. Such a user may also delete from the Unreleased orders those orders which should not be executed. There is a possibility of transferring an order to a batch option Add to a batch. Detailed information can be found in the section entitled How to use order batching? Viewing orders Information about orders which have already been executed and are not displayed under Unrealised orders any more can be found in the View order option available under Released orders. Only orders associated with accounts to which the user is authorised are displayed. By clicking on the transaction description in the table you can read more detailed information about the users who were involved in the preparation and execution of the order, including the user parameters and the date and time of executing the following activities: creating the order first signature of the order second signature of the order (if two-step authorisation was required) sending the order. Example: How to make a money transfer requiring two signatures? Users may sign transfer orders in pairs when: the transfer order concerns an account to which both users have authorisations to sign off single-transaction limits of the users defined in the signing off matrix authorise them to sign a transfer order for a given amount The procedure of transfer order authorisation by two users will be demonstrated on the example of a transfer of PLN 300 to a 3 rd party account. The transfer is executed by users whose authorisation limits in the signing off matrix are as follows: User 1 User 2 User 1 PLN 200 PLN 1,000 User 2 PLN 1,000 0 PLN The individual sign-off rights are shown on the diagonal line (fields marked grey). The table shows that: User 1 may individually sign off money transfers up to PLN 200. User 2 is not allowed to sign off money transfers individually. In the remaining fields (white) rights of the users to authorise transactions in pairs are shown. Because in the order authorisation procedure, the sequence of signing is irrelevant, the values appearing in those fields are always equal. In the example above, the pair User 1 + User 2 may jointly sign off money transfers up to PLN 1,000. After completing the order form for a transfer to a 3 rd party account and clicking the Accept button on the next screen, the following options are available: Place order, Sign and place order, Sign and send order for execution (see above). User 1 from our example cannot individually sign and submit for

execution a money transfer for PLN 300, however, User 1 may authorise the money transfer in his/her own name and save it under Unreleased orders where it will await signature by User 2. To do it, User 1 has to use option Sign and place order (or Sign and send for execution) and confirm the order by means of an smscode or a token. After signing the order, User 1 will automatically pass on to Unreleased orders option where the order will be displayed with the status Awaiting second signature. When User 2 logs in the service and enter Unreleased orders, he/she will see the same order among other orders awaiting signature or sending for execution in the future. To search for specific transactions, the user may use different filters, for example Orders to be authorised. User 2 may only view orders which can be signed by him/her individually or jointly with another user, in accordance with the signing off matrix. User 2 will not see the orders placed by users with higher authorisation limits. After selecting a transaction and choosing the Details option, the user may read detailed information about the transaction and check who signed it first. In order to sign the money transfer order and send it for execution, User 2 has to click on the Sign and send for execution button. After correct authorisation of the order by means of a token or an smscode, the order will disappear from Unreleased orders and its status can be tracked using the View orders option.
