4 E-Trade User Guide INTRODUCTION System Overview ETrade is a powerful online trading tool that acts as one of the trading channels to the stock market; Online Trading Platform enables you to do paperless trading. This service requires registration by the user to be able to access the stock market information and do trading transactions. SMS and alerts are send for the transactions on investors account. Clients can access real-time account information, streaming prices and the tools to trade and manage their positions at anytime and from any location. ETrade also allows clients to take advantage of a variety of features that empower them to make more effective trading decisions and better understand and evaluate investment potential. With our platform, you can create multiple watch lists, enabling you to group together potential markets that you may wish to trade in the future This platform is powered with many features that make your trading experience faster and easier.

5 GETTING STARTED Logging on to Your ETrade When you first navigate to ETrade Web site, you first encounter E-Trade main page. From this page, you can log on to your E-Trade to make your transactions and set your personal information. Logging on to your E- Trade is done through the Login button found in the middle of Online Trading. First Time Login: For security measures, when you login to your account for the first time you will asked to change the password provided by the company to a new one. 1- Browse to NAEEM website and click ETrade Login button 2- In the Login area, type your username in the Username text box 3- Type your password in the Password text box 4- Click Login. ETrade system will direct you to the Change password page to change your password: 1- In the Old Password text box type the password that the company provided you. 2- In the New password text box type anew password*. 3- In the Confirm Password text box retype your new password. 4- Click Submit. Note: The passwords used for ETrade have to be alphanumeric, you cannot use the old password again as a new password.

6 E-Trade User Guide Resetting Your Password You can reset your password throw ETrade system after logging in by the page Personal Information under the Setting Menu. To change your password: 1- Click Change your password. ETrade system will direct you to the Change password page to change your password: 2- In the Old Password text box type your current password. 3- In the New password text box type a new password. 4- In the Confirm Password text box retype your new password. 5- Click Submit. Note: The passwords used for ETrade have to be alphanumeric, you cannot use the old password again as a new password.

7 Retrieving Your Password If you have forgotten you password, you can get a new one by doing the following: 1- In the ETrade Login Page Press Forgot your Password? 2- In the Enter Username text box, type your username 3- Click Submit. You will receive your password by mail or SMS according to your contact information registered with the company. You also can retrieve your password by contacting your account manager, he also can retrieve it for you and you will receive it by mail and/or SMS. Changing ETrade User Interface Language You can change the language of E-Trade Web site user interface (UI) on any E-Trade page. 1- At the top of any page, click " النسخة العربية " to change the UI language to Arabic. 2- To re-change the UI language to English, click English Version at the top of any page. Logging off Your ETrade Either click Logout in the navigation menu, or click the Logout link at the top left of any page next to the User Profile link

8 E-Trade User Guide MANAGING E TRADE HOME PAGE When you navigate to E-Trade Web site, the first page you encounter is E-Trade home page. This page is accessible to everyone. On this page, you can View market chart on the market you choose; View top Gainer and top looser View market summary; View market s index summary; View market status; View market news; View technical reports Read FAQs and Terms & Conditions.

9 Viewing Market Chart At the top left of E-Trade home page, an index chart for the market you can select from tabs. The chart changes according to the market selected. Viewing Top Gainer(s) and Top Looser(s) This screen displays the top five gainers and loosers of the day for the market you selected from the market chart. Viewing Market Summary This screen displays summary on the market you have chosen from the market chart. It shows intraday summary information of current trading activity. The information includes the value traded, traded volume, number of trades, number of symbols traded, number of symbols whose prices go up, and number of symbols whose prices go down. Viewing Index Summary This screen displays Index Summary of the market selected from the m market chart. It shows intraday summary information for available market indices, including other available sector indices. Each index will have one line of information which includes index name, index value, net change, and % change.

10 E-Trade User Guide Market Status Market Status shows the market status as one of the three statuses: Closed, Pre-open or Open Viewing Market News In the left-middle part of E-Trade home page, the Market News area is located. This screen displays headlines of news related to the market. For each news, the page displays announcement date, company name, and news headline. Viewing FAQs At the top navigation bar of E-Trade home page, a FAQs link is located. Clicking this link leads you to the Frequently Asked Questions page. Viewing Terms & Conditions At the top navigation bar of E-Trade home page, a Terms & Conditions link is located. Clicking this link leads you to the Terms & Conditions page.

11 MANAGING MARKET MONITORING ETrade Workspace Overview On the ETrade system you will commonly deal with the navigation menu. You can navigate most of the ETrade system by Navigation menu that included some sub-menus: Trading Portfolio Market Settings Logout Trading Consol Through the Trading Console page, you can Place Buy/Sell orders View outstanding orders Modify outstanding orders Delete outstanding orders Order Search Through the Order Search page, you can search for orders you have Monitor and print market prices View companies market depth View your account balance View your portfolio Trading Summary Through the Trading Summary page, you can view and print details on all types of executed order you have placed. Portfolio Position Through the Portfolio Position page, you can display and print more information on your portfolio and more details on your account settlement. Client Statement Through the Client Statement page, you can display and print details on your portfolio and transactions you have made other than buying or selling and also details on trades you have made during the period you have selected Cash Transfer Through the Cash Transfer page, you can transfer money from your accounts to beneficiaries Market Monitoring Through the Market Monitoring page, you can Monitor and print market prices View companies market depth Personal Information Through the Personal Information page, you can change your default interface language, mobile number, address. My Watchlist Through the Personal Information page, you can create customized watch lists, modified and delete it. To log out from the ETrade system

12 E-Trade User Guide Managing Market Monitoring The Trading Console and Market Monitoring pages are the medium in ETrade Web site through which you monitor the market prices of companies trading in the market. You can access the Trading Console and Market Monitoring pages when you are logged on to your account. Trading Console Market Monitoring

14 E-Trade User Guide Market Index The Trading Console and Market Monitoring pages allow you to view details of the indices of the selected market session you are trading in. To view the market details through the Market Monitoring page 1. From the Market menu, click Market Monitoring. The Market Monitoring page opens. 2. Click the Index link above the Market Watch section. The Market Index Details page opens. To view the market details through the Trading Console page 1. From the Trading menu, click Trading Consol. The Trading Consol page opens. 2. Click the Index link above the Market Watch section. The Market Index Details page opens. The Market Index Details page displays information on each index in the selected trading session. Moreover, it displays a chart comparing the performance of each index to the other indices in the selected trading session. To change the shape of the chart, select the shape you want from the Select chart type drop-down list. Click Refresh at the bottom of the page to refresh data fed from the market.

15 Market Watch Viewing Market Watch You can watch and monitor the prices of companies whether rising or falling through the Trading Console and Market Monitoring pages. The differences between the Trading Console and Market Monitoring pages are as follows: The Trading Console page displays prices of symbols of a sector or a portfolio or a watch list you select from the sectors drop-down list. The sectors are displayed according to the trading session you select from the trading session drop-down list that may exist in any market. On the other hand, you can view prices of all symbols in the selected trading session you trade in through the Market Monitoring page. This is because in the Trading Console page there is no No filter option. On the other hand, on the Market Monitoring page, there is a No filter option. So, you can view prices of all symbols in a selected market session without the need to filter by sectors. In the Trading Console page, you will refresh the market prices both manually and automatically. In the Market Monitoring, you can also refresh the data either manually or automatically as follows: When selecting market monitoring with the no filters, you will refresh the full selected market session manually. When selecting a filter you will refresh both manually and automatically. In the Market Monitoring page, you can filter the Market Monitoring by sector, or portfolio, or watch list in addition to the no filter. To open the Market Monitoring page Log on to your home page then from the Market menu, click Market Monitoring. The Market Monitoring page opens. To open Trading Console page Log on to your home page then from the Trading menu, click Trading Console. The Trading Console page opens. The top section displays the selected trading session prices. To select a trading session from the Trading Console/Market Monitoring page Above the Market Watch section, at the right part of the page, select the trading session from the trading session drop-down list. To select a sector/watch list/portfolio from the Trading Console/Market Monitoring page Above the Market Watch section, at the right part of the page to the left of the trading session drop-down list, select the sector or watch list or portfolio from the sectors drop-down list. Market Watch Refresh Settings Watch List or Sector or Portfolio Selection Selecting a trading session

16 E-Trade User Guide Setting Refresh Option of Market Watch On the Trading Console page, you can refresh data coming from the market either automatically or manually. Data can be refreshed automatically every certain period of time you choose from the Refresh drop-down list. To refresh market data automatically On the Trading Console page, at the top right of the Market Watch section, select the number of seconds after which you want the page to refresh period from the Refresh drop-down list. Data is refreshed periodically, automatically, according to the period you choose. To refresh market data manually Click the Refresh link next to the refresh drop-down list at the top right of the Market Watch section to refresh the data manually at the time you want. Printing Market Watch Report You can print the market data displayed in the following two pages: Market Watch section in the Trading Console page. Market Monitoring page. To print market prices 1- On either Trading Console or Market Monitoring page, click the print icon at the top left of the page. A page opens displaying your account details at the top of the page plus the symbols prices of the selected sector in the selected trading session. 2- The print wizard will open. In the print wizard, select the options you want then click Print.

17 Viewing Company s Market Depth The Trading Console and Market Monitoring pages allow you to view the market depth of a symbol. To view the market depth of any Click the company name you want to view its market depth. The Market Depth page opens. The Market Depth page displays information on the following: Time, price, and volume of the last trade on the company; Best bid and best offer on the company as regards order, price, and volume; Today s summary; Best trades on the company; Trades of the day. Click Refresh at the bottom of the page to refresh the market information feed. You can find the last time you refreshed the page displayed on the top right of the page. Click the Today s Summary link to display today s summary report. Click the Best Trades link to display the best trades. Click the Trades of the Day link to display trades of the day.

18 E-Trade User Guide MANAGING WATCH LISTS The Watch List Names page allows you to create customized watch lists. A watch list contains products of your selection for which you want to monitor their market performance. You can group different companies from different sectors belonging to different markets that you are interested in. Hence, from the sectors drop-down list found on either Market Monitoring or Trading Console pages, you can select a watch list you have created to view the market performance of the products included in the watch list. Watch lists enable you to monitor the market performance of symbols in different markets at the same time. The following three topics describe in detail how to Add a new watch list Edit a watch list Delete a watch list Adding a New Watch List To add a new watch list 1- On the Setting menu, click My Watchlist. The Watch List Names page opens. 2- Click Add New List. The Watch list Info page opens. 3- From the Trading Session drop-down list, select the trading session from which you want to select sectors. The Sectors drop-down list is updated accordingly. 4- From the Sectors drop-down list, select the sector from which you want to select products. Products belonging to that sector appear in the box below the dropdown list. 5- Select the product name you want to add to your watch list then click Add Product. The selected products are added to the Selected Products box. To add all products belonging to a certain sector, click Add All Products immediately without selecting the products themselves. To remove a product from a watch list, in the Selected Products box, click the product

19 you want to remove then click Remove Product. To remove all products from a watch list, click Remove All Products. You can double-click on the product to add it to or remove it from a watch list. You can select multiple products by holding down the CTRL key while clicking the products you want to add or remove. You can add a maximum of 15 products to a single watch list. 6- In the Watch List Name text box, type the name you want to give to the new watch list. You cannot type more than 15 characters in the Watch List Name text box. You cannot give two watch lists the same name. Each watch list should have its unique name. 7- Click Save. The Watch List Names page opens with the new watch list added. Editing Watch List To edit a watch list 1- On the Setting menu, click My Watchlist. The Watch List Names page opens 2- Under Action, click Modify/Copy next to the watch list you want to edit. Note: You cannot edit the watch list name 3- Make the changes you want then click Save. Note: In case you want to cancel the changes you have made, click Cancel. Deleting Watch List To delete a watch list 1- On the Setting menu, click My Watchlist. The Watch List Names page opens. 2- Under Action, click Delete next to the watch list you want to delete. 3- In the confirmation message that opens, click Ok. The watch list name disappears from the Watch List Names list.

20 E-Trade User Guide MANAGING ORDERS The Trading Console page allows you to place orders, modify outstanding orders, and delete outstanding orders. Moreover, through the Order Search page, you can search for certain orders using some filters to narrow down the result. 22 E-Trade User Guide Placing Order To place a new order 1- From the Trading menu, click Trading Console. 2- In the Order Entry/Maintenance section, click Buy if you want to buy products or Sell if you want to sell products. 3- From the Order Type drop-down list, select either Limit Order or Market Order or Hit/Take Order. Limit Order means the user specifies the price they want to buy or sell with. On the other hand, Market Order means the user leaves the market to decide the price according to market best price. Whereas, Hit/Take Order means the user wants to buy or sell with fixed amount of money. When you select Limit Order, the Price text box becomes active. When you select Hit/Take Order, the Amount text box becomes active and the Quantity text box becomes inactive. 4- In the Symbol text box, either type or select the symbol ID. The company name appears next to the Symbol text box. You can select a symbol in two ways: In the Market Monitoring section, click the arrow icon symbol. Click the search icon next to the Symbol text box. next to the company owning the If you know the symbol ID, then type it in the Symbol text box directly without searching for its ID using the above-mentioned ways. 5- If you select Limit Order or Market Order from the Order Type drop-down list, type the number of shares you want to buy or sell in the Quantity text box. The Discl. Vol text box becomes active when you type an amount of shares equal to or exceeding a certain number in the Quantity text box. Your broker determines such a number. You must enter the quantity in number format. 6- If you select Limit Order from the Order Type drop-down list, type the price you desire in the Price text box. Note: You must enter the price in number or decimal format according to its price tolerance range 7- If you select Hit/Take Order from the Order Type drop-down list, type the amount of money you want to buy/sell within the Amount text box. The number of shares that can be bought by this amount is displayed in the Quantity text box, the market order price of the symbol required is displayed in the Price text box and the order amount is updated accordingly in Amount text box to the exact amount that is paid. 8- From the Period drop-down list, select the good till specified period date. If you select Day, date of today s trading date appears in the Date text box. This means the order stays valid in queue for the end of today s trading day then expires. If you select GTW, date of the last trading day in this week appears in the Date text box. GTW (Good till Week) means the order will stay valid until the end of this week to be executed. If it is

23 not executed fully or partially by the end of this week, it expires. If you select GTM, date of the last trading day in this month appears in the Date text box. GTM (Good till Month) means the order will stay valid until the end of this month to be executed. If it is not executed by the end of this month, it expires. If you select GTD, you must select a date from the Date text box. GTD (Good till Date) means the order will stay valid until the day you specify. If the order is not executed by the end of the day you specify, it expires. The date you select cannot be a day in the past. Date text box is always inactive except in the case you select GTD from the Period drop-down list. If you select FOK, the Date text box becomes inactive. FOK (Fill or Kill) means the order will be sent to the market directly without expiration date. If the order is not fully or partially executed at the time it is sent to the market, it directly expires. 9- From the Fill Term drop-down list, select the condition on which the broker executes the order. If you select Market Default, the Min Qty text box becomes inactive. Market Default means this order applies to market rules. If you select All or Non (AON), the Min Qty text box becomes inactive. AON means you want to either buy or sell all quantity of your order or none. If you select Minimum Fill (MF), the Min Qty text box becomes active. This term instructs the market to execute a defined minimum amount of shares. The client specifies the minimum amount in the Min Qty text box. Any remaining amount of the original volume will be traded as market default after the original minimum volume is traded. If you select Minimum Block (MB), the Min Qty text box becomes active. Minimum block is a fill condition that stipulates a minimum number of shares must be bought or sold every time the order is filled. However, if any remaining volume is less than the minimum block amount, the order is queued as an All or None (AON) order. 10- If you selected either Minimum Fill (MF) or Minimum Block (MB) from the Fill Term drop-down list, then in the Min Qty text box, type the minimum quantity. You must enter the minimum quantity in number format. The value you type in the Min Qty must not exceed the value you type in the Quantity text box. 11- If the Discl. Vol text box is active, then type the fraction of the order you want to disclose to the market. The Discl. Vol text box becomes active when you type an amount equal to or exceeding a certain number in the Quantity text box. Your broker is responsible for determining such a number. If you don't type any value in the Discl. Vol text box, the order's total quantity is disclosed to the market. The value you type in the Discl. Vol text box should not be less than 10% of the order quantity and at the same time should not be greater than or equal to the order quantity. You must enter the disclosed volume value in number format. 12- Click Execute.

24 E-Trade User Guide When you click Execute, a confirmation message opens displaying the details of the order to confirm before sending it to the broker. A Hit/Take Order is placed as Market Order. The Order Placing section is replaced with a Thank you for your request section displaying the order status, number, amount, fees, and trade amount. Moreover, the order appears with a unique ID in the list of Outstanding Orders to the left of Order Entry/Maintenance section. If you want to cancel the order before executing it, click Cancel. A warning pop up message is displayed in the following cases: You try to place or modify or cancel an order in a market that has a non-trading status. You try to place or modify or cancel an order on a product that has a non-trading status in a market that has a trading status. When you click OK in the warning pop up message, the order is placed or modified or canceled depending on your request. A non-trading status is configured from the backend according to the brokerage firm requirements.

25 View outstanding orders When you click the Outstanding Order tab to the left of the Order Entry/Maintenance section on the Trading Console page, you can view a list of all the outstanding orders of the selected portfolio that the client has the privilege to access. An outstanding order can be one of the following: An order that you submitted to the broker but has not been yet executed by the market. An order that has been partially executed and the remaining quantity is still valid and queued in the market. In either cases case, you still can modify the order or delete it. For each order, you view the order number, order type whether buy or sell, company name, no. of shares, price per share (whether market price or the price you defined), and remaining quantity. To view more details on each order Click the hyperlinked order number. A page opens displaying more information about the order plus the transaction details. Click the Refresh button on the page displaying the order details to refresh in the market data. Click the Refresh link next to the Order Entry/Maintenance link to refresh the Outstanding Orders list. In the Outstanding Orders list, details on sell orders appear in red whereas details on buy order appear in green.

26 E-Trade User Guide Modifying Outstanding Order Since outstanding orders have not been executed in the market by the broker, you still can modify them. Sometimes you find the modifying feature locked. This is because the broker determined only a time frame for modifying orders during the trading day. If you try to modify an order outside this time frame, a message appears informing you that you cannot modify this order currently. To modify an outstanding order 1- On the Trading Console page, click the Outstanding Orders tab in the bottom left section of the page. 2- Click the modify icon next to outstanding order you want to modify. Details of the order you want to modify appear in the Order Entry/Maintenance section. Note: You cannot edit order type or the symbol name. 3- Make the modifications you want. 4- Click Modify. A confirmation message opens. 5- Click Ok if you want to proceed with the modifications. Otherwise, if you want to cancel your modifications, click Cancel. The Modify section is replaced with a Thank you for your request section displaying the order status, number, amount, fees, and trade amount.

27 Deleting Outstanding Order Since outstanding orders have not been executed in the market by the broker, you still can delete them. To delete an outstanding order 1- On the Trading Console page, click the Outstanding Orders tab in the bottom left section of the page. 2- Click the delete icon next to outstanding order you want to delete. The details of the order you want to delete appear in the Order Entry/Maintenance section. 3- Click Delete if you want to proceed with the deletion process. 4- A confirmation message will appear Click Ok if you want to proceed with the deletion process. Otherwise, if you want to cancel the deletion process, click Cancel. The Delete section is replaced with a Thank you for your request section stating the order status has been updated to cancelled. Note: After deleting the order please press Refresh to update the outstanding orders status.

28 E-Trade User Guide Searching for Orders Through the Order Search page, you can search for orders you have made within a time range you select. You can narrow down the results using the order number, order status, symbol ID, and order type. To search for an order 1- From the Trading menu, click Order Search. The Order Search page opens. Through this page you can carry out all or any of the following steps: In the Order No. text box, type the order number you are searching for. Note: In case you enter the order number, you don t have to search using Start and End dates. From the Order Status drop-down list, select the order status whether market outstanding, cancelled, outstanding, partially executed, or fully executed. In the Symbol text box, type or select the symbol ID. From the Order Type drop-down list, select the order type whether limit order (buy), limit order (sell), market order (buy), or market order (sell). 2- Select the range of days in which you want to search for orders from the From Date and To Date text box. The range of days you select cannot exceed a certain number of days determined by the broker. You cannot select the To Date in the future. Nearest date you can select is today s trading date. The From Date cannot precede the To Date. 3- Click Search. The search results appear below the search filter. For each order, the search results display order number, date, and type, share name, share price, remaining quantity, expiry date, and order status. Click the order number to view more details of the order. Click company name to view market depth of the symbol.

30 E-Trade User Guide MANAGING PORTFOLIO You can view your portfolio through three pages in E-Trade: Trading Console page. Portfolio Position page. Your E-Trade home page. The Trading Console page displays only a briefing on your portfolio as regards names of products you have bought, number of shares in each product, available shares, and the current market value of all shares per product. On the other hand, on the Portfolio Position page, you can view more details on your portfolio. This page is divided into two sections: 1- The first section, Account Information, displays more information on your portfolio such as total number of shares you have purchased per product, number of pledged shares, outstanding sell orders quantity, available shares you have, average cost with which you bought the shares per product, last Market price per share, total cost with which you have purchased all shares per product. This section also displays the unrealized gain/loss in case you want to sell your shares in a product. Meaning it subtract the Market Price of all share from the Purchased Cost of all shares to see if you are going to gain or lose in case of selling your shares belonging to a product. 2- The second section, Purchase Power, displays details on your account settlement.

31 The following topic shows you how to access your portfolio. Viewing Portfolio Position To view your portfolio on the Trading Console page 1- Log on to your E-Trade, then from the Trading menu, click Trading Console. The Trading Console page opens. 2- At the top of the bottom-left section of the page, click the Portfolio tab. The portfolio details appear. To view your portfolio position on the Portfolio Position page When you are logged on to your E-Trade, from the Portfolio menu, click Portfolio Position. The Portfolio Position page opens displaying full details about your portfolio and account settlement. Click the print icon to print the whole Portfolio Position page. Click the company name to view market depth of the company. Click the Refresh button to refresh market data. You can find the last time you refreshed the page displayed on the top right of the page, next to the print icon.

32 E-Trade User Guide MANAGING REPORTS If you are logged on to E-Trade, you can generate five kinds of reports: Client trading summary report: This report enables you to view details on al types of executed orders you have placed. Client statement report: This report enables you to view details on your executed order, other transactions you have made such as pledged shares and security transfer, and the trades you have made during the period you selected. Client statement balance report: This report enables you to view a summary of the transactions you have made. This includes your account details and transaction date, type and description. The following topics describe in detail how to generate each of the abovementioned reports. Generating/Printing Client Trading Summary Report The Client Trading Summary Report is a report in which you can view details on all types of executed order you have placed such as partially executed, fully executed, partially executed-cancelled, partially executed-expired, partially executed suspended orders, and take orders. For each order, the report displays the order number, date on which the transaction has been carried out, product on which you have made the transaction, order type whether buy or sell, number of shares per product, price per share, broker s commission, and total cost of all shares whether buy or sell. At the top of the report, your account details such as Client ID, Client name, account number, account name, and so on appear. To generate a client trading summary report 1- Log on to your E-Trade then from the Trading menu, click Trading Summary. The Client Trade Summary page opens. 2- To generate a report on orders you submitted for all products, select the All Products option. 3- To generate a report on order you submitted for a specific product, select the Choose option then type or select the symbol ID. 4- Select the range of days on which you want to generate the report form the From Date and To Date text box. You cannot select the To Date in the future. Nearest date you can select is today s trading date. The From Date cannot precede the To Date. 5- Click View. A page opens displaying the report. At the top of the report you find client name, ID, account number and name, report name, market name in which you are trading, and the period you have selected.

33 6- To print the report, click the Print button at the bottom of the page. Generating/Printing Client Statement Report The Client Statement Report is divided into four sections: At the top of the report, your account details appear such as Client ID, client name, account number, account name, report name, and so on. The second section, Portfolio Holding Details as:, displays details on your portfolio such as names of products you have purchased, quantity of shares purchased per product, average cost per share, total cost with which you purchased shares of the product, market price per share, market cost of all shares, unrealized gain/loss in currency, and unrealized gain/loss in percentage. Unrealized gain/loss calculates whether you will gain or lose in case you want to sell your shares in a certain product. It subtracts the market price of all shares from the cost with which you purchased the shares. The third section, Other Transactions, displays details of other transactions you have made other than buying or selling products such as security transfer, pledging shares, initial balance, and so on. The fourth section, Transactions during Statement Period, displays details on trades you have made during the period you have selected (see step 2 below). Details include order s transaction date, executed order number, order type whether buy or sell, product name you have purchased, quantity of shares you have purchased per product, price per share, settlement date, net purchase amount of all shares, net sales amount of shares in case you sold shares, and the amount of money you have gained or lost in case you sold shares (Realized Gain/Loss field). To generate a client statement report 1- Log on to your E-Trade then from the Portfolio menu, click Client Statement. The Client Statement Report page opens.

34 E-Trade User Guide 2- In the Client Statement section, select the date you want the report to begin with from the Start Date text box. 3- Click View. A page opens displaying the client statement report starting the date you selected till today s trading day. Generating/Printing Client Statement Balance Report The Client Statement Balance Report is divided into two sections: At the top of the report, your account details appear such as Client Name, client ID, Market, Account number, Account name, Report name, and the period you have been searching through. The second section, Client Statement Balance, displays the summaries of the transactions you have made for the account you select. This includes the Open balance, Transaction Date, Preference, Type, Description, Debit, Credit, Balance, and Transaction Type. To generate a client statement report 1- Log on to your E-Trade then from the Portfolio menu, click Client Statement. The Client Statement page opens. 2- In the Client Statement Balance section, select the date you want the report to begin with from the Start Date text box. 3- In the End Date text box, select the date you want the report to end with. 4- Click View. A page opens displaying the client statement report starting from the date you selected in the start date till the end date you selected. Note: If you want to print the report, click Print.

35 MANAGING ACCOUNTS If you have more than account, you can switch between your accounts using the Accounts drop-down list next to the navigation menu. In addition, you can change any account s name from the Personal Information page. Through the Trading Console page you can view details on your account balances. The following topics describe in detail how to Switch accounts View your account balances Change account name Switching Accounts In case you have more than one account, you can switch between your accounts. If you are logged on, at the top of any page next to the navigation menu, select the account on which you want to display information and make transactions from the Accounts drop-down list. Viewing Account Balances You can view your account balances on two pages in your E-Trade: Trading Console page Portfolio Position page. Switch between you accounts To view your account balance on Trading Console page 1- Log on to your E-Trade then from the Trading menu, click Trading Console. The Trading Console page opens. 2- At the top of the bottom-left section of the page, click the Account Balances tab. The Account balances appear. To view your account balance on Portfolio Position page Log on to your E-Trade then from the Portfolio menu, select Portfolio Position. The Portfolio Position page opens. Account balance information appears in the Purchase Power section.

36 E-Trade User Guide Changing Account Name To change the name of any account you have 1- Log on to your E-Trade then from the Settings menu, click Personal Information. Note: You can access the Personal Information page by clicking the User Profile link at the top left of any page below the navigation menu. 2- In Your Accounts section, under Account Name, change the name of the account you want. Note: You cannot type special characters in the Account Name text box such as!/*<\>. 3- Click Save.

37 MANAGING PERSONAL SETTINGS Through the Personal Information page, you can carry out the following tasks: Change user interface default language Change your mobile number Change your address The following topics describe in detail how to carry out each of the above-mentioned tasks. Changing User Interface Default Language To change the default language of E-Trade user interface: 1- Log on to your E-Trade then from the Settings menu, click Personal Information. The Personal Information page opens. Note: You can access the Personal Information page by clicking the User Profile link at the top left of any page below the navigation menu. 2- In the Personal Settings section, select the default language from the Language Preference dropdown list. 3- Click Save.

38 E-Trade User Guide Changing Mobile Number To change your mobile number 1- Log on to your E-Trade then from the Settings menu, click Personal Information. The Personal Information page opens. Note: You can access the Personal Information page by clicking the User Profile link at the top left of any page below the navigation menu. 2- In the Personal Settings section, type your new number in the Mobile Number text box. 3- Click Save. You must type only numbers in the Mobile Number text box. It does not accept either letters or special characters. You cannot type more than a certain number of digits in the Mobile Number text box. The broker determines such a number. Changing Address To change your address 1- Log on to your E-Trade then from the Settings menu, click Personal Information. The Personal Information page opens. Note: You can access the Personal Information page by clicking the User Profile link at the top left of any page below the navigation menu. 2- On the text box, type your new address in the following format: mail@domain.com. 3- Click Save.
