Create your POL Logon and then get the Primerica App on your iphone or Android Use Contact Builder in the Primerica App to build and Qualify your Contacts and Set Appointments 2. Special Fast Start credit in your 1 st 35 days: You get 50 points for your first 50 qualified contacts - up to 2,500 total You get 100 points for each of your first 30 appointments - up to 3,000 total You get 150 points for being the Trainee on your first 20 FNAs - up to 3,000 total The 3 items above are limited to credit in first 35 days! If no mobile device, use Fast Start Scoreboard on POL to receive credit for qualified contacts & appointments 3. Don t forget that 3 Recruits x 3 FTOs in 1 st 30 days positions you for Fast Start Bonus* * See POL for Fast Start Bonus Program Details 4. 10 E490: Field Trainer To Do List 1. When you close recruits, get a 90-day commitment to sell out & try our business! 2. Complete the IBA & and then: Register Trainee for the next Pre-licensing Class Help Trainee on-board to POL, no one succeeds without it! 3. Next, download the Primerica App on their iphone, ipad or Android device The app helps them build and qualify their contact list Help them set their first appointment No phone? Take to New Rep Homepage & get them to enter contact list (top left corner of their scoreboard) 4. Select Engage for 90 from Primerica App Show them their score - how they stack up with the competition and get them hooked on competing Register (500), 50 qualified names (2500) and 1 appointment (100) will give them 3,100 tonight!!! 5. Help recruit participate in Field Training: Make sure Trainee gets 150 points each for their first 20 FNAs - up to 3,000 total Receive unlimited submitted premium credit for being the Trainee on each Life App done by the Trainer during your Field Training Observations Receive 1,000 credit for being the recruiter on each IBA done by the Trainer during Field Training Observations 6. Know when Trainee must attend class and make sure they Attend & Complete to receive for 1,250 total credit 7. Make sure Trainee allocates enough time for exam prep, then schedules, takes and passes the exam for 10,000 license credit 8. Then, encourage Trainee to get Securities Licensed & receive 20,000 credit 10

16 The initial view lists your current Field Trainers with their Cash Flow, last three months of premium and recruit totals To add or remove a Field Trainer check or uncheck the box and then Save! Field Trainer Manager 16

17 As new reps become qualified Field Trainers, use Field Trainer Manager to add them! Then, their future new recruits will be automatically assigned to them as Trainees Field Trainer Manager 17

Download the Primerica App to their iphone or Android The Primerica App steps them through getting started & helps them start the Field Training Process Import Contacts from recruit s phone book, qualify contacts and help them set their first appointment Click on Engage for 90 and show them where they stand in the competition they re hooked! If no phone, take to New Rep Homepage Scoreboard, top left! 20

21 The Primerica App for New Recruits Help the recruit connect to Mobile POL and then download the Primerica App From mobile device browser, let them logon to Primerica Online and select link to download the app and login! 21

22 The Primerica App for New Recruits New reps will land on the Welcome screen and are guided step-bystep through the process of importing and qualifying contacts and then setting appointments. Tap the play button to watch short tutorials 22

23 The Primerica App: Import Contacts The Primerica App will grab the recruit s phone book. Tap the box next to contacts that might need help with their finances or have an interest in earning extra income. Finish building the contact list, then click Upload Now to update Turbo Contacts. 23

Field Training Activity: 50 for a qualified contact* 100 for each appointment* 150 for each FNA* Premium for each FTO or Life App 1,000 for each securities app Must be writing rep for credit! 1,000 for Recruit Credit Licensing Activity: 500 for Registering 750 for Attending 1,000 for Completing Class 10,000 Life License 20,000 for Securities License * Capped at 50 Qualified Contacts, 30 Appointments & 20 FNAs. In addition, no credit for these three activities after the 35 th day! 37

40 Engage for 90 Competition Rules & Details Competition Details*: Recruits compete against others who are recruited in the same week (a Recruit Class) Sunday 12:01 am thru Saturday midnight Competition based upon recruit s start date ipads are awarded based upon National Activity Score rankings (US & Canada) for each class Competition ends after 90 days, no more credit awarded & the unofficial results are posted On day 97 any application (IBA or Life) credited to the rep that is only logged & not processed is removed from score & official results posted Recruits must have active full POL & at least 2 payments collected to receive their ipad ipad will be awarded after Life Licensed Activity Score Credit*: Credit limited to the first 35 days of competition: 50 points each for first 50 Qualified Contacts 100 points each for first 30 documented Appointments 150 points for being the Trainee on first 20 each FNAs Recruiter on an IBA - receive 1,000 pts credit Trainee on a Life App FTO - receive submitted premium credit Life License - receive 10,000 pts credit Then, write life apps for submitted premium credit Securities License - receive 20,000 credit Then, write investment apps for 1,000 each * See POL Engage for 90 Program Document and Base Shop Training slides for official rules and addition details on receiving proper credit.
