With seven informative chapters on topics including EGFR inhibitors, anti-vegf, anti- HER2, and KIT inhibitors as well as a comprehensive appendix on the CYP450 enzyme system and common drug interactions the ehandbook provides practical strategies to identify, monitor, and manage the side effects associated with targeted therapies in solid tumors. Each chapter is available as a downloadable PDF that can be printed or viewed on screen. In addition to numerous practical tips and strategies for managing side effects, the chapters also contain active hyperlinks to current prescribing information, ongoing clinical trials, and other valuable resources. 5 Target Audience Oncologists, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and other clinicians who specialize in caring for oncology patients on a day-to-day basis. Program Goal The goal of this CME/CE activity is to examine current and emerging strategies for treating, monitoring, and managing side effects in cancer patients on targeted agents.
