At the same time we attempt to take a different/alternative view and illustrate this by way of example. Abstract : The concept of value has muted with the rhythm of conceptual developments. From a product orientation we passed to a market orientation and now to the service orientation. Concomitantly, the added value has been dethroned by the co-production of value and most recently co-creation. Today, the creation of value becomes an ecosystem because the value appears phenomenological, experiential, contextual and always idiosyncratic. The concept of value-net results from a comparison of the values perceived with the costs perceived. It implies a satisfaction or dissatisfaction depending on whether it is positive or negative. However this concept implies precision of the variables that makes the approach difficult to apply it to a tourist experience. 5

6 Research: Ongoing Projects CALLOT, Ph The difficult ownership of CSR by the SMEs: The wine industry case study, Abstract: Numerous studies have highlighted the distinctive features of small businesses compared to large companies. In a context of increased responsibilities and global performance, CSR, which is presented as a managerial expression for Sustainable Development (Martinet, Reynaud, 2004), remains a vague, ambiguous and inexplicit concept for small businesses. The situation is more complex when one takes into account the sector variable; here we look at the wine industry. The case study examined here, shows that CSR efforts in small businesses are informal, intuitive and made of common sense. Small businesses are neither passive nor proactive and adapt little by little to the relevant norms and legal obligations under the pressures of the industry. 6
