MISSION OF THE EVENT: The intention of the organizing local community is to promote and make regular physical activity popular with and among the adults population of citizens in our region, to serve as mediators in maintaining and safeguard health as well as in propagating swimming, to nurse and initiate national and international relations also to provide an opportunity to contest. 3 INFOS ABOUT THE RACING POOL The main racing pool is an outdoor pool with a length of 33 1/3 meters with 7 lanes. It is a pool with a stretched water-surface and of water-reversing system. Water-temperature: 27 degrees Celsius. Time-keeping: manual. Another, a 25-meter-long 3-lane indoor pool is also available for warmingup during the full period of the competition. 4 REWARDING Competitors placed 1st to 3rd will be rewarded with medals. ENTRIES Entries must be made by filling in the form attached and sent together with the enclosed copy off the postal voucher of the payment of the entry fee forwarded to the address given below before 14 July Please on the voucher indicate and give the short Hungarian or English denomination of the event: Szenior Úszóverseny or Seniors SW-Competition. Mobile phone: +36/30/ E--mails to: kancso@mail.totkomlos.hu info@totkomlosirozmarok.hu FOR PAYING ENTRY FEES BY BANK TRANSFER VIA THE BANK ACCOUNT OF: OTP indicating IX.TNSZÚV as the denomination of the event abbreviated in Hungarian ENTRY-FEES For individual events: 600 HUF / event (after the deadline of 14 July 2014 it is 700HUF); for relays: 1200 HUF /event. For family-relay-events the entry is free. For competitors over 70 years of age two events are free to enter. For the members of the relay of Age-Category #6 (280 and on years total) the entry is also free. For making entries to individual events on the spot there is no possibility. Making entries for the relays also paying the entry fees in these cases are possible on the spot, on the day of the event from 8 am to 10 am. Sports clubs from abroad can pay the entry fees on the spot between 8-10 am. on the day of the competition. Members of the teams of relays must be the competitors and fellow-racers of the same swimmers club. Making an entry in a relay event is possible only in one age-category. We cannot pay back or convey entry-fees.

5 For our competition rules of the FINA and MUSZ-The Hungarian Swimming Federation are going to be applied together with and including the one-start rule. To enter the pool-area around the 25m-pool street-shoes must be changed. Swimming events will be arranged by combining age-categories, but the results will be evaluated and pondered by those, separately. OTHER FIELDS WITH A CONSIDERATION OF IMPORTANCE Decisions to participate in the competition must be made on private, personal and own responsibility of each and every competitor in proper health condition.
