To promote Integration between Swimming Clubs 3. To identify winners of individual and relay races 4. To test skills of the participants 5. 4 Technical regulations and rules: The competition will be held at the 25 meters swimming pool, with 6 tracks, water temperature will be 27 degrees Celsius competitions are conducted on time series /electronic time measuring/ no breakdown by age categories The order of races will be decided upon by the organizer based on In each block, each participant can join up to two individual races and one relay race (but the total number of individual races must not exceed 5 (five) during the entire event Top 6 male athletes and Top 6 female athletes (regardless the age) with best times achieved during Qualifiers will join the 100 m Medley stroke Finals Relay 4 x50m Medley - the teams - one from Category III, IV, V, VI Relay 4 x50m Freestyle - the teams - one from Category III, IV, V, VI "Off-competition" participants are not allowed Medal ceremonies will be held during competitions Swimsuits used by the participants must meet PZP's regulations The organizers reserve the right to change time schedule of the event Applications: Applications must be submitted until via to wisniowicz@interia.pl Each received application will be confirmed by the organizers via - please contact us in case you do not receive such confirmation. Any application received after the deadline will not be considered Each application must include: first and family name of the participant, full date of birth, name of the club, Club's five-digit ID, participant's license number, distance and type of competition, participant's best result until date only electronic applications prepared by SPLAH Editor will be accepted Foreign clubs: please send your application in PDF format Application prepared in different format or not containing all of the above requested information will be sent back with a request to complete/update No changes to the application forms will be accepted, except for canceling the whole application, once the list of participants is published. Cancellations will be accepted until / 4p.m. Cancellations received after this deadline, will be subject to full sign up fee the organizers determine amount of players, who take a part in competition- 400 persons +aquaticaecides about order applications.in this year we have rented the sport s hall the organizer reserves the right to increase the amount of players from foreign clubs Awards: The 1st, 2nd and 3rd fastest finisher of each competition in each age category will be awarded with a medal and a Diploma competitors will be awarded with special casted medals for the best contestant and competitor of each age category / for 4 starts in scoring of all-round event/ trophies and prizes/, for the best competitors of each age category in the general all-round event classification for four starts/ place 1-6/ are provided diploms All the participants will be entitled to participate, after the event, in a lucky draw of special prizes: tablet, digital camera, mobile phone, sports equipment The organizer reserves the right to increase number of prizes and gifts special awards /cup/ for the firs three the best contestants and competitors in madley stroke OPEN finals /100 m distance/ diplomas, medals and trophies for the first three relay teams in each relay competition, t-shirt and small gift for everyone

5 Financials: Clubs participate in the competition at their own expense The organizer is responsible for the event's organizational costs entry fee 50,00 zł per person / t-shirt and gift /payment must be made by bank draft by regardless of the number of starts, maximum five individual races/ The entry fee, if paid by wire transfer after 12 Dec 2012 or on the day of the event, is 70,00 PLN per participant entry fee for each relay race reported 10,00 zł, Each admitted participant will receive a T-shirt and a small souvenir team leaders are requested to present to the organizers, on the day of the event, the entry fee payment confirmation payment for meals can be made at the venue Money Wire Transfer Details: Payment to: UczniowskiKlubSportowy AQUATICA, Pawlowice, ul.
