Entries not including school stamp will not be accepted. Postal entries: 30 th November 2015 Online entries: 4 th December per individual event, 20 per relay event All cheques made payable to Swim Ireland Leinster Region Events Awards Timing Check in Facilities Enquiries Qualifications Selections Junior (13-14), Inter (15-16), Senior (17-19) 100m Backcrawl, Breaststroke, Butterfly, Freestyle, 200IM 400 Freestyle (Open by Invitation only based on 5 fastest entries with 5 Reserves. Swimmers will be notified 2 weeks prior.) Relays - Junior, Inter and Senior 4x50 FTR and 4x50 MTR Two swimmers may swim up for Relay. At least two swimmers must swimming in the correct age for the relay to be accepted. Medals will be awarded for 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd in each Age Group on a Heat Declared Winner Basis (HDW) Electronic timing and Hytek Meet manager software will be used Any withdrawals should be made as soon as possible, up to 45 minutes before the start of gala. Parking and Catering will be available at the venue. From the results of the Leinster Senior Schools championships, athletes may be selected to represent the region at the Irish Schools Interprovincial championships on in May To be selected for this event, swimmers MUST have entered & competed in the 2016 Leinster Schools Senior Championships on 10 th Jan There will be no exceptions.

5 Please Note: The age groups for senior schools are as follows: Junior Aged 12 and Under 14: (Born Between and ) Inter Aged 14 and Under 16: (Born Between and ) Senior Aged 16 and Under 19: (Born Between and ) Parents / Coaches should be aware that for Schools Swimming the swimmers age is their age on 31 st August 2016 and ages are automatically calculated by the software used to run the competition. Information with regards to the competition including entry sheets will be placed on the website prior to the event. Please check the website regularly to ensure you are aware of any information that has been made available. When entry sheets are placed on line, please check your swimmer is entered correctly.
