3 Introducing Honda RSA Application Emergency Roadside Assistance Service Breakdowns are never welcome, but this mobile application will make requesting and receiving Roadside Assistance as simple as 1, 2, 3. In the event of a breakdown, simply open the app and press a button of Roadside- Assistance to request help. Your exact location, vehicle details including your membership information will automatically transfer to Mondial Assistance. Within a few seconds an Assistance Coordinator will contact you, already knowing who you are, where you are and what vehicle you are driving. Once a service vehicle is sent to your assistance, you can follow its progress on a map via the application. The app also includes a number of other features that you will find useful in every day life. Live Traffic to help you avoid the traffic snarls and plan the easiest route to your destination. 1 Around Me provides you with information and directions to places in the surrounding area where is the nearest gas station? Is there a hospital close by? etc. Have you ever forgotten where you parked your car in a large car park? The Find My Car feature enables you to pinpoint your vehicle s location and make sure that you don t waste time searching for your car ever again. You need a regular health check and so does your car. Dealer Search will help you to locate any Honda Dealer. Along with a map, you will be informed of opening hours and contact details. Last, but not least, we want to keep you updated on important Honda news. The Honda Update feature will ensure that you are always well informed about the latest news from Honda, In addition using Honda RSA together with HondaLink another quality application from Honda that will help accessing to your vehicle data just a touch away on your smartphones.

4 Getting Start 1. Click on the icon Honda RSA In case of Location Services not turn on a pop up warning will appear, click Settings 2. When connected to the system, fill in your information then click Next Go to Privacy then turn on Location Services 2

5 3. FIll in your vehicle data and click Save If you are unsure of the VIN number click on the i button, a hint will appear 4. User Guideline screen will appear, click the Next button until the end You can Skip this process and view it later from the menu Settings 3

6 How To Use Emergency Roadside Assistance Service 1. From Home page, click Roadside Assistance then select the problem 3. A confirmation message of your Emergency Roadside Assistance service will appear. Our agent will contact you at once, with the notification message on the Home screen 2. The system will detect your current location you may add more details and click Next then the Summary please click Confirm 4

7 Other Services In case Emergency Roadside Assisitance Service request fail, please contact our Call Center by clicking Contact Us 1. Find My Car You can save the location where you parked the car, the system will navigate you back to your vehicle 4. After an officer provided you the name and detail of the dispatched unit to your assistance, you can track their position on the screen Dispatch unit position will be updated automatically on mobile application screen 5

Dealer Search You can search for Honda Dealer informations such as location office hour, and navigate you to the Dealer Office of your choice Visual available from CCTV and Intelligent Traffic Report Sign 4. 12 Q & A The Emergency Roadside Assistance Service does not display my current location? Ans : 1. check if your mobile phone Locationservices is turned on. 2. manually find your location on the map screen, touch and hold for 3 seconds, the system will record your location and proceed to the next stage. In case of more than one vehicle is registered, how can the system identify which car is in need of Emergency Roadside Assistance Service? Ans : after pressing the Roadside Assistance button, you will have to select your vehicle from your data list. How can I know that this dispatch unit was sent from the company? Ans : after your request for Emergency Roadside Assistance Service, Call center officer will contact you and provide you the information about the dispatch unit assigned to your assistance. And you can update the distance between you and the dispatch unit on your Honda RSA App. screen. Mobile internet connection signal is weak or no service, how can I request for Emergency Roadside Assistance Service?
