1 Send a print job to the Margaret River Library from my home PC, laptop or mobile device Send a print job to the Margaret River Library Print Release station from any internet-connected device, any time, from anywhere. Print job is held within the library print system for 48 hours. Come into the library during open hours to pay for and release the print job. Note there is a 16Mb size limit, and a $30 cost limit, per print release THERE ARE 4 DIFFERENT WAYS TO SEND A PRINT JOB: 1 - The easiest method: Send an (with or without attachments) to the PrinterOn address that corresponds to the type of print job required. Instructions & addresses overleaf 2 Another easy method: Go to our blog at amrlibraries.com and click on the link pictured below: Our PrinterOn website will open and from there you can Upload a document that is saved on your computer or mobile device, or Upload the URL of a webpage to print Instructions overleaf 3 - For regular users with Iphones, Ipads or Android devices: Download the free PrinterOn Mobile Printing App for your Ipad, Iphone or Android device via Itunes or the Play store. 4 - For regular users with Windows devices: Download the PrintWhere Driver for your Windows device from

2 1 The Easiest Method INSTRUCTIONS Send an (with or without attachments) to the PrinterOn address that corresponds to the type of print job required. When you come into the library you can select to print just the attachment/s, the itself, or both. Refer to the table below and select the appropriate address. IF YOU WANT TO PRINT. Open your browser and go to: amrlibraries.com Click on the link pictured below:

3 This page will open: Select from the Printer dropdown list: Enter your address into the User Info box: In the Select Document box, either: Click Browse and navigate your device to select the document to print, OR If you wish to simply print a web page, then paste the URL of the webpage into the File or URL box.

4 Now that you have made your selections, click the arrow to send the print job: TIPS: Click to cancel the job and start again. Click for helpful information Note these handy links if you need assistance: Once you have sent the print job, an approval page will appear, telling you how many pages you are sending and the cost. To cancel the job and go back, click To approve the job, click the green Print button:

5 After you have approved the print job, a confirmation page is displayed, including a Job Reference #. You do not need the Job Reference # to retrieve your print job as you can retrieve it using your address. However, it is recommended that you record the Job Reference # to identify your print job in the event of a problem. Visit the Margaret River Library Print Release station during open hours to pay for and release your print job. Note all print jobs are held within the system for 48 hours only. At the Margaret River Library Print Release station: 1. Touch the Release a Print Job icon 2. Follow the prompts on the touch screen Note: The Vending Machine does not accept $50 notes or 5 cent pieces. You do not need to have the exact change to release the job, but all change is given in coins. For this reason you may wish to ensure you are not using a $20 note to release a $0.30 print job!
