19 50 years of the Karlsruhe Nuclide Chart The Karlsruhe Nuclide Chart was created in 1958, edited by Walter Seelmann- Eggebert together with Gerda Pfennig. The latest (7 th ) edition from 2006 contains new and updated radioactive decay data on 618 nuclides not found in the previous edition. 25 Summary The sustainable energy system worldwide can only be created when joining all energy sources in an ideology-free approach. Education and Training in nuclear technologies is an international issue which can only be solved in close collaboration of all stakeholders.
