You may bring items to setup on Monday evening or before 7:30 AM on Tuesday. The exhibit area is in the pre-function event space outside of the education session rooms. The benefit you will see every attendee at the convention! However, the area is not secure, so please do not leave valuable items on or under your table when you are away from your exhibit. Shipping: If you have items to be shipped in advance, you will need to make arrangements in advance with the hotel so they can store the items until you check-in.
