4 ith Youth Cup Rules & Regulations 1. Organiser: Turnerbund Bad Cannstatt - Siing Departent, Eil-Kielen-Weg 51, Stuttgart, Tel. Office: +49/711/ The events ill be held according to DSV (Geran Siing Association) rules. The general DSV anti-doping rules apply to all siers. For disabled athletes (ith proof of classification) the guidelines of the Geran Disabled Sports Association (DBS) apply in addition. Participation is open to all clubs organised in the DSV, all foreign clubs and national teas hose National Siing Association belongs to FINA and ho are alloed to start. 3. False starts ill not be tolerated: Each sier ho starts before the signal ill be disqualified. 4. Pool: Inselbad, Inselbad 4, Stuttgart-Untertürkhei, Tel.: +49/711/ The Inselbad is an outdoor-pool. It is 50 long, 21 ide, 2 deep and has 8 lanes (separated by ave-breaking ropes). Water teperature is about 26 degrees centigrade. 5. Electronic tiekeeping 6. Ideally entries can be subitted electronically, using the DSV, Lenex or Hy Tek Teaanger Forat. Alternatively entries should be given on separate lists for ales and feales and ust contain: siing-club's nae, date of entries, surnae and first nae of the sier, sex, age group, nuber of the event, entry-tie, responsible coach: nae, address, telephone and telefax nuber, e-ail address (see figures 10 and 16). 7. Siers can take only part in those events in hich recoendation ties are given for this age group.siers born in 2006 and younger can coplete at ost 6 starts per day inclusive relay starts. If a sier is disqualified in one event he ill be taken out of judgeent. The heats of the -events (No. 1, 2, 11, 12, 19, 20, 25, 26) are set under the regulations of the DSV. They are qualifying heats for the open class finals as ell as they are deciding heats for the age groups. 14. Referees ill be provided by the organiser in coordination ith geran clubs. 15.
