(K.O. system) 3.2 Competition rules Latest WTF competition rules and in some cases overruled by the rules of the Dutch Taekwondo Federation. The competition date is determinative for the age. 3.3 Time-mode pupils and cadets : 3 x 1 minutes (30 sec. break) juniors and seniors (B and C class) : 2 x 2 minutes (30 sec. break) cadet, junior A class : 3 x 1,5 minutes (30 sec. break) There are 7 competition areas fully equipped with electronic score board systems with plasma screens. 3.4 Equipment Deado PSS (electronic body protector) for cadet A and junior A class will be provided by the organising committee. 3.5 Individual Awards 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd - gold, silver & bronze 3.6 Team Awards Best Team Selection Trophy (Olympic classification) 1 st place: 7 points / 2 nd place: 4 points / 3 rd : 1 point (combined teams allowed competing under 1 team name and entered before application) 3.7 Identification According to the Dutch law all competitors & visitors needs to have a valid identification by means of a valid driving licence, passport or other official document!

Contestant 4.1 Age Pupil male and female 6 until and including 8 years (B and C class) Aspirant male and female 9 until and including 11 years (A, B and C class) Cadet male and female 12 until and including 14 years (A and B class) Junior male and female 15 until and including 17 years (A and B class) 4.2 Classification Pupil & Aspirant C Class 10 TH until and including 7 TH küp Pupil, Aspirant, Cadet & Junior B Class 6 TH until and including 3 RD küp Aspirant, Cadet & Junior A Class 2 ND küp and higher 4.3 Weight divisions Pupils for male and female, all in separate pools. (No head contact) -21, -24, -27, -30, -34, -39, -44 and +44 kg Aspirant for male and female, all in separate pools. (No head contact) -28, -32, -36, -40, -45, -51, -57 and +57 kg Cadet male Cadet female Junior male Junior female -33, -37, -41, -45, -49, -53, -57, -61, -65 and +65 kg -29, -33, -37, -41, -44, -47, -51, -55, -59 and +59 kg -45, -48, -51, -55, -59, -63, -68, -73, -78 and +78 kg -42, -44, -46, -49, -52, -55, -59, -63, -68 and +68 kg 4.4 Cadet A-class Please note that it is allowed for all cadet A-class fighters to make contact to the head. All cadet competitors must provide a liability of weaver signed by themself and legal guardian. It is not allowed for coaches to sign this document! If this document is not signed and not accompanied with a signature and proof of identification of the legal guardian the competitor will be excluded from the competition. For cadet B-class fighters it is NOT ALLOWED to make contact to the head. 4.4 Competition mode 17 year old juniors may compete as a junior or at the Dutch masters senior, competing in both categories is allowed. 5. Weigh-in 5.1 Rules of weigh-in Competitors may exceed their weight class with a maximum of 200 grams! 5.2 Weigh-in mode Weight classes can be combined with the next weight division. 5.3 Competition Our system will work with fight numbers.

Time Table & Weigh-in Friday 23 th of May Registration & weigh-in at Topsportcentrum Rotterdam 17:00 18:00 hrs (local time) for all competitors Changes of weight classes are allowed costing 10,00 (Euro) Saturday 24 th of May Registration & weigh-in at Topsportcentrum Rotterdam Pupils and Aspirants Cadet and Juniors 07:00 until 08:30 (local time) 09:30 until 10:30 (local time) Competitors must be on time. Only the competitors will have access to the weigh-in room. Coaches will not be allowed during the weigh in. Changes of weight classes are allowed before the official weigh-in costing 10,00 (Euro) After taking part at the official weigh in, changes of weight classes will not be allowed Programme : Weigh in for DUTCH MASTERS OPEN PUPILS AND ASPIRANTS : Start competition / Elimination rounds pupils and aspirants : Weigh in for DUTCH MASTERS OPEN CADET AND JUNIORS : Weigh in for programme DUTCH MASTERS SENIOR - VETERANS : Lunch : Restart tournament and elimination rounds : Finals Seniors & Veterans / award presentation seniors / closing ceremony 7. Rules 7.1 Liability Only members of National Federation s affiliation with ETU are allowed to compete. For countries without any federation being member of ETU, affiliation with WTF is necessary. Upon registration, the contestants must prove their memberships by means of a valid licence. All competitors are considered to participate at their own risk. The organisation and supervisor assume no responsibility for teams, any damages, violence, loses and injuries. All contestants must bring their own documents and forms for any medical treatment in the Netherlands. If not, this will have to be paid in cash. 7.2 Coach For every 5 contestants within the same team, one coach is granted free admission, with a maximum of 4 coaches. Only competitors and coaches have admittance to the competition areas. Coaching is only allowed in sportswear. All coaches must 18 years or older! 7.3 First Aid Will be provided by the organisation and are only to be used in case of emergency! 7.4 Equipment WTF recognized trunk protector (hoogoo) head gear and groin, forearm and shin protector, which are compulsory, will be brought by the contestants. Tooth protectors are compulsory! Foot protection is only allowed for aspirant competitors. 7.5 Protest Only the official coach is a allowed to protest, immediately after the end of the contest. An amount of 100,00 (Euro), will have to be paid for each protest and will be returned if the protest was found valid. The decision of the judge is final.
