You must know the Date, City and State where the divorce was granted. ~ MARRIAGE LICENSE~ -Persons years old must have either parent consent at the time the license is issued or a notarized affidavit is required. -Persons under the Age of 16 must have parent's consent and authorization from the Nevada District Court. -A witness other than individual performing the ceremony is required.
