The retainer is applicable to your package. - Upon receipt of deposit the studio must be aware of Mini or Petite Wedding coverage. - Package must be selected and paid for 4 weeks prior to the wedding. - In the event of cancellation, retainer and/or payments are not refunded or applied to another date or other studio service. - In order to eliminate confusion on your wedding day, we must insist that we be the exclusive photographer. - Prices at the time of booking are guaranteed until 30 days after the date of wedding. - Photographs will not be released until total balance is paid. - Album selections must be made within 4 weeks of receiving previews, or there will be a 10% additional charge. - Studio will retain original files for one year after wedding date. - Additional orders must be paid in full when order is placed. - It is agreed that all rights to the exclusive use of images and reproductions are reserved by Loupe Photography & Video, whether for display, publication or otherwise.
