3 Wedding Planning Services Complete Service will perform the following complete wedding planning services for a fee of 15% of your overall budget. This fee is part of the budget and not an add-on. In most cases, the savings you will realize from our relationship with vendors will more than cover this fee. Initial consultation Ongoing consultation and advice as required Preparing a budget Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues Assisting with selection and booking an officiant for the wedding Assisting with the design, printing and mailing of the invitation Tracking RSVPs and who will be attending Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors (e.g.: baker, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, musicians, caterer, etc.) Reviewing vendors contracts and coordinating with vendors Providing information to obtain a marriage license Ceremony planning Preparing itineraries, seating list, escort cards, etc. Attending and overseeing the rehearsal Instructing attendants about their duties Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line Reception planning Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day Wedding day coordination Providing a stress-free day for the bride and groom For an additional fee, can provide the following services: Announcing the engagement in the newspaper and/or sending out announcements Coordinating an engagement party Assisting with booking accommodations for out-of-town guests Preparing a unique ceremony and vows Assisting with planning the wedding shower and/or a get-together for the groomsmen Purchasing gifts for the bridal party Planning a rehearsal dinner/party Planning for day-after brunch Honeymoon planning Sending out thank you cards Assisting with change of address paperwork

4 Wedding Planning Services Partial Service For the bride who needs a little guidance, but wants to handle more of the details herself, John D. Folding & Associates will provide the following services for a flat fee to be determined based on level of service required. can also provide the checked services for greater savings than traditional vendors. In most cases, the fee will be the cost of the materials plus a charge for labor--but all within your budgetary limitations. Initial consultation Selecting suitable vendors such as: o Baker o Calligrapher o Caterer þ Decorations þ Florist o Musicians (soloist, organist, band, DJ, etc.) o Photographer þ Printer (for invitations, RSVP & thank you cards, etc.) o Rental facilities o Transportation providers o Videographer o Wedding attire providers (e.g. bridal shops) Negotiating with vendors Reviewing vendors contracts Scheduling appointments with vendors for clients to meet with them Coordinating with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner Coordinating the payment of final fees to vendors Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products In addition to the above, you may also wish to have provide rehearsal and wedding day coordination. 5 Wedding Planning Services Wedding Weekend Service Especially designed for the bride who has taken care of all the details and just wants a stress free weekend to enjoy her guests and wedding day, these services can be provided for a flat fee of $3,500: Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary Attendance and direction at the rehearsal Out-of-town guest gift bags and information about the area (supply cost additional) Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day Attending, overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception (from meeting the vendors until the reception venue is cleaned up) Tuxedo return
