Annual Maintenance Contract of 62.5 KVA DG Set complete with Engine and Alternator (without AMF Panel)(Non comprehenshive) installed at CWC, Chromepet,Chitalapakkam,Chennai Terms & Conditions 1) Rate should be exclusive of Service tax as applicable from time to time and the Contractor must be submitted the Invoice / Bill after getting the work order. 2) Under this AMC the Agency / Contractor should be agreed to carryout the servicing and maintenance of,dg Set mentioned in the Schedule. At least one visit in every month for service of system is mandatory, and more visit if required at the time of any trouble of system will be done free of cost. 3) The maintenance shall constitute preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of DG Set for proper up keepment for satisfactory functioning. 4) The AMC shall be on non comprehensive basis which includes service / maintenance, no any extra charge shall be paid to the contractor in this account. 5- During visit the site for carrying out the maintenance of DG Set following checking will be essential. a- Check general condition of the engine, alternator and panel. b- Check the engine safety devices for its working. c- Check lub oil pressure, cooling water tempreture, lub oil temperature and smoke level are within the limits. d- Check and clean air cleaner element,,lub oil filter element, and fuel filter element, lub oilpressure, cooling water tempreture, lub oil temperature and smoke level are within the limits. e- Check lub oil condition and change lub oil if required. f- Check the cooling fins of lub oil cooler, cylinder head & liner of air cooled engine and radiator etc. g- Check all the fasteners for its tightness. h- Check fan belt for its tension. i- Check all the rubber hoses for leakage. j- Check the control panel accessories for its working. k- Check the battery charging system and batteries.

4 4 6) During AMC period, contractor shall take all reasonable step to maintain the equipment in proper operating condition. 7) Any type of break down or failure in the DG Set, contractor shall send immediately technician to rectify the defects. 8) This contract does not cover any overhauling jobs, rewinding jobs, machining, re conditioning jobs, repairs on starter Motor, Charging Alternator& Radiator, Lub oil/ Engine oil, Filters etc which will be charged extra.
