Blow By Knocking Compression in Radiator Water in Oil Fluid Levels OK? - Engine oil overfilled by 1/2" Anti-Freeze Color Oil Pressure (H/L/N) Smoke (B/D/L/W) Red, protected to -38 degrees rmal Black at intital throttle, then clears Operating Turbocharger / Blower Fuel Injection System Governor - Engine started & operated normally without any abnormal noises during limited checks without a load - Hand throttle is inop (cable is broken) Engine Supports Air Cleaners - Secondary filter is dirty Exhaust / Muffler - Exhaust pipe is cracked just past the turbo elbow Belts / Pulleys tes - Belt is cracking Engine was replaced 7/30/2007 at 967 hrs. Turbo intake tube is rubbing on coolant hose, but neither are leaking at time of inspection, bottom of engine compartment has excess dirt build up COOLING SYSTEM Radiator Coolers Hoses Water Pump Fan Fan Drive

4 Page 4 of 6 Leaks - apparent cooling system leaks at time of inspection ELECTRICAL, STARTING AND CHARGING SYSTEM Batteries / Cables Starter Alternator Wiring Lighting TANDEMS/GEARS/BEARINGS/CHAINS Travel Motors Travel Pumps Travel Controls Operating - Travel & steering system functioned normally during limited checks without a load. HYDRAULICS Operating Tank Pump & Valves Hoses / Lines Tilt Cylinder Lift Cylinders - Hydraulic system functioned normally without unusual noises during limited checks without a load - Excess oil/dirt build up at hyd.pump, control valve, several oil lines and entire area underneath the cab. - Several lines have residue and build up throughout machine. Excess residue/ build up also on both sides of machine on hyd. lines group at pass through to drive gp. - Excessive play at tilt cylinder-q/c pins - Excessive play at lift cylinder mounting pins - Lift cyls /Loader arms drift Leaks - major leaks, but some areas of oil/residue build up BUCKET Cutting Edges Poor - Bucket does not have cutting edge on it

5 Page 5 of 6 Bucket Bottom - Bottom has dents Bucket Sides Loader Pins & Bushings Loader Frame - Excessive play at loader arms-q/c pins, Play at loader arms-tilt cylinder pins, Play at Loader arms-lift cyl pins Quick Coupler Bucket Capacity 72" CYD Bucket S/N CAT - 65SSGP UNDERCARRIAGE Roller Track / Belt Roller Frame Poor - A total of six bogies are missing ( 3 on left, 3 on right) Others have wear and/or damage. Poor - Left track has excess wear and cracking and track guide teeth are worn off the underside. Idlers Sprocket tes Poor - Left drive sprocket has one roller broken off it, others have wear. Entire U/C on both sides of machine need attention Track / Belt Width 15" tes Left side track "slips" under power during turns - due to track guide teeth being completely worn/torn off of underside of track.
