Like a deposit, the core charge is credited back once the used core is returned. To get the most value for the core, returns must meet the following criteria: Core is complete, assembled and in as removed condition, and all ports are plugged. Core is returned with all parts included on the replacement reman unit. Core is not damaged (components are not broken, rusty, corroded, welded or burned). Core is like-for-like, compared to the reman part being purchased. 1
