2 Fiber Optic VAR Program Hirose Launches Fiber Optic Cabling VAR Program to provide a complete fiber optic cable assembly and wire harness solutions to complement the extensive line of ruggedized connectors Through partnerships with Timbercon located in Tualatin, Oregon, and Atlantic Teleconnect Inc (ATI), located in North Port, Florida, two well established suppliers of fiber optic cabling products and services, Hirose now offers custom and standard cable assemblies that utilize its wide selection of industrystandard and custom fiber optic connectors. 2

4 Fiber Optic VAR Program MF10S Series Using the widely accepted MU connector ferrule (1.25 mm diameter) assembled in a compact onepiece shell and internal housing, the IP67-rated waterproof duplex connector can be used in high-intensity, spacerestricted applications. Threaded Lock. MF10B Series Subminiature, IP67-rated waterproof duplex connector that utilizes a Ø 1.25 mm MU ferrule integrated into an internal housing and shell. Bayonet Lock. 4

5 Fiber Optic VAR Program SW20 Series IP67-rated waterproof duplex connector that combines a standard optical connector (SC/LC) with an optical adaptor (SC/LC). Bayonet Lock. MF13 Series Subminiature hybrid connector that combines fiber optic and electric connection in one connector. The IP67-rated connector offers three electrical contacts rated at 1.5A max current and two single or multi-mode fiber optic connections. Threaded Lock. 5

When excessive torque over the specification is applied, spanner arms widen to release the force.

20 SW20 Series Features 1. IP67 water proof bayonet lock connector with built-in SC / LC connectors 2. Excellent weather resistance with black chromium plating supports outdoor use.
