3 The Vodafone Partner Programme The Vodafone Partner Programme is tiered to recognise and support your continued performance levels Platinum Partners This tier provides enhanced benefits for our most dedicated and strategically aligned partners, who significantly invest resources to drive growth for both their business and for Vodafone. Benefits include: A dedicated Business Partner Manager and Telephone Business Development Manager A dedicated named point of contact for all service enquiries (direct dial number and personalised inbox) Bespoke commercial business support Enhanced levels of marketing funding Gold Partners For Partners who are equally committed to working with Vodafone, delivering significant business on a smaller scale. Benefits include: A dedicated Business Partner Manager and Telephone Business Development Manager A central Partner care team for all service enquiries Access to marketing funding Silver Partners We work with Silver Partners to attract and retain more customers, backed by the Vodafone brand. Benefits include: A dedicated Telephone Business Development Manager A central Partner care team for all service enquiries Authorised Partners Authorised Partners are able to sell Vodafone solutions, but have not yet met the minimum requirements to enter the tiered programme structure above

5 Our Commercial Model All Business Advance A Revenue Share scheme whereby the Partner is advanced an amount of Commission for both acquisition and renewal, based on a percentage (defined by Partner s tier) x MAF (Monthly Access Fee) x contract term. New Business Advance A Revenue Share scheme whereby the Partner is advanced an amount of Commission for acquisition only, based on a percentage (defined by Partner s tier) x MAF x contract term. Pure Business Revenue Share A Revenue Share scheme whereby the Partner receives no advanced Commission for acquisition or renewal but is paid a Revenue Share on customers Billed Revenue each month, based on a percentage (defined by Partner s tier).

The Partner Portal is your online gateway to working with Vodafone. It includes our range of business solutions listed below. iserve An online tool that allows Partners to request transactions and view information about customers accounts and contracts, including account set-ups, SIM swaps and renewals. Online Bill Manager Designed for business customers, our Online Bill Manager allows customers (and Partners with the agreed access) to create cost allocation reports, view itemised billing, unbilled usage and define usage and monetary alerts. Requested Documents Safe and secure, our Requested Documents tool allows us to pass sensitive and important information to you, such as account reviews and customer data.
