6 Best Customer Rated Fibre Broadband Things you need to know: All prices exclude VAT and are correct at the time of publication, but may change from time to time. * The price of 1.47 is for customers with a BT Business Complete (BTBC) contract and in exchange area three ( 1.57 a day in exchange areas one and two). Price equates to a BT line for a month, BT Business Total Broadband Office Unlimited for 15 a month in exchange area three ( 17 a month in exchange areas one and two) and a BTBC Call Package for a month. 24-month Minimum Period applies for all services. 1. BT Business Complete (BTBC) includes a 24 month Minimum Period and you will receive the benefits of BTBC during the Minimum Period. At the end of that time the contract will continue but the Inclusive Minutes will no longer apply. You will continue to receive the other benefits of BTBC, but no new Minimum Period will start. Please note that an Annual Charge may apply where you do not achieve 80% of your Committed Spend. The products and services that you include within BTBC are provided on the standard Terms and Conditions applicable to those products and services and are not provided under the Contract for BTBC. Termination of the BTBC Contract will not terminate these products and services, which must be terminated in accordance with the relevant BT standard Terms and Conditions. Please note that Inclusive Minutes are separate to the call allowance under the Call Package. 3. BT s end of next working day fix on landlines applies Monday to Saturday. The end of the day refers to 23:59. Sunday faults reported are fixed Tuesday of that week. 4. A Fair Use Policy applies to Intra Business Calls. Under this Fair Use Policy, where the total of the Customer s Calls under exceeds 75% of the Customer s Calls in any calendar month, BT may terminate the Intra Business Calls or the BT Business Complete contract. Further detail of this Fair Use Policy can be found in the BT Price List. 5. Details of the Business Complete Call Package are set out in the BT Price List at and exclusions apply. The Call Package includes a call allowance per line or channel per calendar month of 5000 Inland & International Direct Dial minutes and 500 Fixed to Mobile minutes. If minutes exceed the monthly allowance you will be charged for any calls from the next calendar day until the end of that calendar month. Further details and the charges can be found in the BT Price List. The Call Package charge is applicable per line or channel based on BTBC pence per minute rates of 5000 UK landline minutes at 2p per minute equal to 100 and 500 UK mobile minutes at 7p per minute equal to 35 worth of calls. 7. Talk Time Solo has a Minimum Period of 24 months. Data allowance is per connection and cannot be shared. If you use more than your monthly data limit there will be a charge at 2 per MB. Texts are to any UK mobiles, but exclude texts sent when roaming internationally, texts to networks outside of the UK, texts to premium rate services and MMS. 8. You ll need to be in range of a hotspot, have a wireless device and to register for this service. Our Fair use policy applies. See for details. 9.BT Business Total Broadband requires a BT line and a router and is subject to availability and line test. BT Infinity for business requires a BT line and an Infinity compatible router. Subject to availability, geographic location and line capability connection charge applies on Total Broadband Office. See Charges Schedule at for details. 11. Broadband faults reported Monday- Saturday will be fixed by on the next working day. The broadband Customer Service Guarantee scheme covers BT Business Total Broadband Office, Office Unlimited, Advance and Advance Support (excluding fibre-based products). Claims must be made within 90 days of the fault being repaired. For successful claims, a 25 credit will be applied on the broadband line that experienced the fault.
