5 Three features of currency exchange that MoneyNetint provides: Same-day currency exchange MoneyNet international offers you same day currency exchange services, which means that these orders can be booked and settled on the same day. In order to benefit from this service, the necessary funds must be available in your MoneyNet international account. Spot foreign exchange A spot transaction is the most commonly used in FX activity. A spot contract is a binding obligation to buy or sell a certain amount of foreign currency at the current market rate, for settlement usually in two business days time. Upon entering into a spot contract the client agrees to a settlement date and an exchange upon which the contract will operate. Forward A forward exchange contract (or forward contract) is a binding obligation to buy or sell a certain amount of foreign currency at a pre-agreed rate of exchange, on a certain future date.
