2 Welcome and Summary Welcome to Business Online Banking! Our comprehensive suite of services makes your accounts available 24/7 and gives you the tools you need to beher manage your finances and your business. 3 Account Balances is the first screen you see aoer login to Business Online Banking. This screen is your user-friendly dashboard overview to quickly review your account informamon. Click on an account number to view account history, current and available balances, account acmvity and other details. Select any tab on this screen to access a specific Online Banking service.

4 FOR BUSINESSES Checking Checking and other individual account pages allow you to view and track detailed acmvity, check balances, account history and much more. Use the Quick Transfer funcmon to transfer funds to another deposit account. Transac>on Filter allows you to search for, sort and select a specific transacmon. Search by minimum or maximum transacmon amount, and view all account transacmons completed within a specified period. To view all transacmons, click Summary.

5 Statement Search Statement Search makes accessing your monthly account statements and check images fast and easy. To access an account statement, select the appropriate account and a start and end date. Click on the statement you wish to view or print from the list that appears. View statements and cleared check images up to the most recent 24 months of account acmvity. Click Manage e-statement Preferences to change the way in which statements are delivered. All Online Banking customers receive electronic statements. Paper statements will be mailed to customers as well.

6 Business Applica>ons From the Business Applica>ons page, you can: Pay bills Authorize transacmons Conduct internal funds transfers Use the AdministraMon tool to: Manage users Assign employee account enmtlements Assign dual authorizamon limits Add/Delete/Modify employee access Reset employee passwords

7 Bill Pay Security To be sure you are accessing your authenmc Bill Pay site, umlizes addimonal security features as an added protecmve measure to validate your idenmty. AOer clicking the Pay Bills buhon, you will see the accompanying page. You will be asked to select Challenge Ques>ons and provide answers. Select quesmons and answers that you can easily remember and keep them confidenmal. You will also be asked to provide a Security Key, a combinamon of lehers and numbers that signifies your authenmc Bill Pay site. The Challenge QuesMons and Security Key will display with each login. You will be asked to Accept Disclosure Change, signifying your consent to the Bill Pay Addendum and Agreement.

8 Bill Pay Dashboard The Bill Pay Dashboard makes it easy to manage and priorimze your bill payments and view scheduled and processed transacmons.

9 Payees Easily manage payee informa>on add, view and import payees and manage by category simply by clicking a buhon.

10 Bill Pay Op>ons The Op>ons tab organizes your Bill Pay accounts, payments, payees, users, nomficamons and reports. All the informamon you need is right at your fingermps!

11 Add Bill Pay Account The Add Bill Pay Account screen enables you to add a second checking account for greater convenience in paying bills.

12 Business User Details Managing Users The Manage Users funcmon allows the employees you select to pay bills for your business. The Administrator (generally the business owner) can reset employee User IDs and Passwords, set up alerts, view acmvity reports and disable users as needed.

13 Business User Details Administrator Controls As Administrator, you also control your employees ability to: View statements and imaged items Reorder checks Stop payments Access accounts Conduct funds transfers Set transacmon limits by account or dollar amount Have Bill Pay access

14 Account En>tlements Account En>tlements As Administrator, you decide which accounts employees may access to pay bills or transfer funds. The Administrator may add, remove or modify account permissions (enmtlements) granted to employees at any Mme. These changes are reflected upon the next Administrator login.

15 Dual Authoriza>on Limits For accounts requiring Dual Authoriza>on Limits, the Administrator selects two employees and sets authorizamon thresholds and maximum dollar amounts allowed.

16 Funds Transfers Easily conduct internal transfers between your accounts. The Transfer page features automamc system refreshes for the status on Scheduled, Pending and Processes Today transfers. See all your transacmons at once for Setup Accounts and Pending Transfers.

17 Enhanced Security for Wire Transfer Originators Enhanced Security for Wire Transfer Originators A separate security channel has been built in for wire transfer originators. This channel includes a one-mme password for these originators.

18 Preferences Use Preferences to customize your Business Online Banking experience. Assign nicknames to accounts. Put accounts in order by priority. Change your Password, User ID and security seengs. Change the landing page you see upon login.
