1 2015 CDX EQUIPMENT MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE Wednesday Feb 4 th & Thursday Feb 5 th 2015 FOR CDX 2015, ALL EQUIPEMENT MOVE IN FOR THE FOLLOWING HALLS: Hall 1, TMR & Forage Superstore and Hay & Forage Hall is on MONDAY, FEBRUARY THE 2 ND Display set-up and equipment cleaning can be done on Tuesday, February the 3 rd 2015, no equipment will be allowed in or out of the building after initial move in, in an effort to keep the building/equipment warm for Tuesday, this is to ensure that the arena Halls are warm/comfortable for exhibitors and attendees when CDX opens. CDX has also received permission from the Stratford Fire Department to close the roll-up doors in each arena, which should also help with temperature control during CDX. NEW - LOADING DOC SERVICE In an effort to improve move-in and move-out efficiency, CDX has rented a portable loading doc that will be positioned central in the parking lot and close to power washing service. There will be limited demo tractors for offload usage available. Full zoom boom lift equipment and service provided by CDX. Portable Loading Doc Length: 36Ft Portable Loading Doc Width: 74 Inches (6 Inch lip on perimeter of Doc) NEW - NO ICE OR SNOW POLICY IN EFFECT: TMR MIXERS/FORAGE WAGONS/MANURE SPREADERS TMR mixers/forage wagons/manure spreaders must be stored inside prior to transport to CDX grounds. There should also be consideration given to covered transport with inclement weather. No equipment containing ice in the hopper will be allowed to move into a Hall at CDX In many cases, the onsite pressure washing company is not able to remove solid ice despite heated washing, so pre-cdx planning with indoor equipment storage is mandatory. NEW POLICY IN EFFECT: For Move out ALL tractor trailers/ trucking companies. No trucks allowed onsite or in any parking lot s until 4:30PM. Security present at gate to ensure this. Please advise all logistical parties as required.

2 TMR/Forage Superstore: Exhibitor Specific Move-in/Move-out Schedules In order to have an efficient and hassle free equipment, move-in/ move-out schedule, it s imperative that we have ALL exhibitor cooperation around scheduled time slots. Please forward these important details to hired shipping transport companies and all internal staff involved in move-in/ move-out. If equipment arrives onsite outside of the scheduled times, it will be refused by CDX management.
