2 ISAR 2016 TRADESHOW INFORMATION (Tradeshow Coordinator: Gloria Star * (860) Show Hours and Dates: Thursday, October 13, 2016 Noon - 6:30 PM Friday, October 14, :00 AM - 6:30 PM Saturday, October 15, :00 AM - 6:30 PM Sunday, October 16, :00 AM - 5:00 PM Exhibitor Move-in: Wednesday, October 12, :00 PM - 10:00 PM Exhibitor Move-out: Sunday, October 16, 2016 Exhibits may be broken down at 5:00 PM Who Can Exhibit: Vendors with the highest quality astrological and compatible products & services, who enjoy interacting with conference participants and fellow vendors. Exhibition Location: Pacific Ballrooms III & IV Hilton Orange County, Costa Mesa, CA Security: All entrance doors leading to the tradeshow will be locked every night. The back doors to the kitchens and service areas will not. While every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure the protection of all property, ISAR 2016 can assume no responsibility for the loss of possessions. We suggest you remove all laptops and valuables from the premises each evening. Program Guide Listing: The Symposium Program Guide will feature a detailed map of the Trade Show and listing of Vendors. To assure a listing, Vendors must be accepted no later than June 15, Booth Types: Standard single booths will be 8'x9' and will be draped in black. Backs will be 8' high with 3' sides. Included in a single booth rental is one 6'x30" skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 Waste Basket. Extra tables and chairs may be rented for an additional cost from the conference decorator, 24/7 Productions. Exhibit backdrops, posters and other materials cannot block the view of neighboring booths. No exhibit can exceed more than 18" above the side rails. No signage to be pinned or attached to drape. Signage may be hung from poles. Booths Must Be Staffed During Tradeshow Hours Electrical and Wireless: We have secured a special rate from the hotel for combined electrical and wireless service of $30 per vendor for the duration of the show. Please order this add-on when ordering your booth. Additional Information: CA State Sales Tax must be collected by vendors and paid to the State of California. Obtaining necessary permits is the responsibility of the Vendor. 24/7 Event Productions is our decorating partner for this show, and has provided an information kit for exhibitors. Once your application to exhibit is approved, the kit will be sent to you via as a PDF. The kit contains order forms for ID signs, extra tables and chairs, and details for drayage services they can provide for your shipping and delivery needs. Each pass allows one person (vendor staff) to arend one lecture. Passes are not valid for pre- or post- conference workshops.
