2 Dear Sponsor/Vendor, Thank you for your interest in joining us to raise funds in order to help animals in need! Mid-Maryland Petaplooza is a coali?on of non-profit 501 (c)3 animal welfare organiza?ons. The coali?on consists of the following groups: The Foxie G Founda?on, The Frederick County Humane Society, Friends For Life Cat Rescue, Friends of Montgomery County Animals, Let's Help Pets (not a non-profit), Lonely Hearts Animal Rescue & Tip Me Frederick. We are hos?ng Mid-Maryland Petaplooza (MMP), a Pet Expo fundraiser that will increase awareness of pet organiza?ons, rescues, and pet related businesses. It will be a fun filled day with the opportunity for animal lovers to view, purchase, and explore animal companies and services in the surrounding area. This will be a wonderful venue to publicize your company while suppor?ng a great cause. Mid-Maryland Petaplooza Fact Sheet EVENT DATE: Saturday, April 29, 2017 EVENT TIME: 9 5 P.M. LOCATION: The Eventplex at the Frederick Fairgrounds 797 E. Patrick Street, Frederick, Maryland ATTENDEES: We expect over 2000 in a_endance with business vendors, not for profit organiza?ons, and food vendors. PURPOSE: This event will allow animal owners the opportunity to shop at animal related businesses of Frederick and surrounding areas. The public can enjoy a fun-filled day of animal related demonstra?ons, animal acts, with their companions while raising funds for the Mid-Maryland Petaplooza. The funds raised will benefit our animal welfare organiza?ons. MARKETING: This event will be extensively marketed in the greater Washington, DC area via radio PSA s, newspapers, pet magazines, websites and flyers throughout Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. **Please keep for your reference**

Pets are required to be on 6 o. or shorter leashes. Descrip?on of your booth: ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE. 4 Vendor Rules and RegulaMons : 1. The Vendor agrees that no display may be dismantled or goods removed before 5:00 P.M. 2. Vendors who prepare, sell or give away food and beverage items will require a permit from Frederick County Dept. of Health and Human Services (MMP and the Fairgrounds will not be responsible for obtaining or paying for any required permits). The Vendor further agrees to hold MMP and the Fairgrounds harmless for any and all damages, fines, and or penal?es incurred as a result of a food and/or beverage vendor s failure to comply with all Frederick County Dept. of Health and Human Services regula?ons. 3. The Vendor is prohibited from using MMP logo for any purpose without the express wri_en permission of MMP 4. Neither MMP nor the Frederick Fairgrounds shall be held liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, general, special, consequen?al, puni?ve, or otherwise to the vendor, its products or exhibit, its agents and employees or visitors, its exhibit whether occasioned by MMP or the Frederick Fairground or either of their agents, volunteers or employees, or by another Vendor, and its agents and employees. 5. The Vendor understands that no refunds will be issued for any circumstances. 6. The Vendor understands that exit doors and electric panels are not to be blocked at any?me with curtains, barriers, equipment or vendor booth. 7. The Vendor is responsible for cleanup of the areas used immediately following the event. 8. The use of tape, nails, staples, or any other items adhering to the walls, floors, ceilings is prohibited. Let us know if you will need cable covers. 9. No electrical cords/wires can be exposed, all cords must be secure. 10. No alcohol is permi_ed on the complex. 11. All trash is to be emp?ed in designated waste receptacles and recyclables are to be deposited in the appropriate blue recycling bins. All fire lanes are to be observed at all?mes. I understand that any viola?on of any part of this agreement shall, at the elec?on of the The Eventplex at the Frederick Fairgrounds and/or MMP, result in revoca?on and forfeiture of all rights and privileges, present and or future, granted by the The Eventplex at the Frederick Fairgrounds and/or MMP to the vendor, and in the event of such breach by the vendor and the elec?on by the The Eventplex at the Frederick Fairgrounds and/ or MMP, all sums paid by the vendor to MMP shall be forfeited to MMP as liquidated damages. I understand that I will not hold the The Eventplex at the Frederick Fairgrounds and/or MMP responsible if I do not make a profit. I am responsible for providing all items necessary for my booth opera?on. I hereby release the The Eventplex at the Frederick Fairgrounds and the MMP from all responsibility for theo or damage to any items involved with my booth. I, an authorized agent of acknowledge and agree to the above Vendor Rules. Signed: Date: Vendor Schedule Setup Friday, April 28-2:00 p.m. un?l 8:00p.m. or Saturday April 29 at 7:00 am; Vendors must be ready by 9:00am for the start of the event. Entrance to event event is Gate 3 on Monroe Ave. Events will occur in buildings 13, 14, & 14a Clean Up immediately following the event at 5:00 p.m. to be completed by 7:00 p.m.
5 Sponsorship Levels and Benefits : Thoroughbred: $5000 and above St. Bernard: $2000 and above Maine Coon: $1000 and above Parrot: $500 and above Iguana: $250 and above Thoroughbred level sponsors will be named in print, radio adver?sing as our official sponsors of the event and company logo on the banner. Your company will be adver?sed on MMP website, Facebook page and affiliate websites. Your company logo will be listed on promo?onal tote bags given to all a_endees with an op?on to par?cipate as a vendor in a chosen spot. Brochure recogni?on and sponsorship announcement on the day of the event is also part of being a sponsor at this level. You will be listed as the official sponsor on all signage at the event. St. Bernard level sponsors will be named in print on the banner, on promo?onal tote bags, and in the printed brochures. Your company will be adver?sed on MMP website and Facebook page. Booth space. Maine Coon level sponsors will be named in print on the banner, on promo?onal tote bags, and in the printed brochures. Parrot level sponsors will be named in print on the banner, and in the printed brochures. Iguana level sponsors in the printed brochures. Sponsors are welcome at any?me; however, due to promo?onal deadlines those who sign up late may not get certain components of their sponsorship package. Mid-Maryland Petapalooza appreciates sponsors/dona?ons of any amount to help fund our event. Our Goldfish level donors ($1-$249) will have a special thank you board at the event Thank you for suppor?ng MMP and it's affiliates.
