To lead change, you need to step back and gain the necessary knowledge and tools to understand the role of human behaviour in organisational performance. Following its huge success, Consulting and Coaching for Change has been developed into an Executive Master degree programme, offering participants a recognised qualification from one of the world s leading business schools. The programme enables you to delve into the heart of the basic drivers of human behaviour as well as to identify and manage the hidden dynamics of teams and organisations. This Executive Master is specifically designed for you if you are responsible for leading change directly or advising key people in an organisation regarding change. Providing you with a recognised academic qualification in the developing field of intra- and inter- personal dynamics, it integrates clinical and organisational psychology. The programme will prepare you to assume significant roles in leading organisations, individual and organisational development and change management, thereby creating more effective organisations. The Executive Master is composed of eight modules, three practicum experiences and a Master thesis. On an individual level, the insights and clarity gained from the programme will greatly increase your ability to manage people issues that affect business performance. By being able to ensure a fit between people, the organisation and corporate goals, you can make a significant contribution to developing the business. In the process, you will transform yourself into a reflective and powerful agent of change. 3 Programme content The Executive Master is comprised of eight modules and three supervised practicum experiences (50 hours) as well as a Master thesis. Participants have the opportunity to attend the programme at either our Fontainebleau or Singapore campus. Module 1: Building foundations Conduct an initial assessment of your own organisation Learn to use psychodynamic and other psychological concepts to explore the hidden dimensions of yourself and organisations Open the door to exploring the unknown Module 2: Interpersonal perspectives Make sense of your inner theatre Learn to understand both your own and others emotions Increase your ability to recognise and diagnose key behaviours Discover techniques to regulate your emotions Module 3: Organisational family systems Develop your ability to apply family systemic thinking in coaching and consulting Build your appreciation of the influence that your family has on you individually at work or you and your work Gain an understanding of the unique business and interpersonal challenges of advising family-owned businesses Module 4: Leadership dynamics Engage in comprehensive 360 feedback exercises examining your professional and personal leadership style as well as a personality audit Use these insights to develop a personal leadership-development plan Understand the nuances between effective and ineffective leadership styles Better understand how to create highperformance teams Module 5: Groups and teams Increase your understanding of group decision making, influence processes and multi-party team dynamics through an experiential learning simulation Learn to increase cohesiveness and effectiveness regarding tasks Understand the roles you play in a team Practise team coaching Module 6: Organisational change Address the challenges of diagnosing and changing behaviour in organisations Gain insights into change from both classical and clinical perspectives Engage in an in-depth case consultation by presenting your change-management study Module 7: Human Behaviour Dynamics from the Organisational and Macro Perspective Learning about macro and organisational dynamics such as power and politics, social networks, and organisational culture Keeping up to date with the most recent research, new trends and perspectives through members of the INSEAD and visiting faculty Using the skills and knowledge that you have gained over the previous modules to better understand the process of human and organisational development Module 8: Transformational Navigate career transition Implement the new perspectives you have gained to develop a unified and integrated change process 02 Supervised Consulting and/or Coaching Practicum Candidates will be required to fulfil a total of 50 academic hours via various practicum experiences designed to bring the course content and clinical perspective alive and applied. Supervision of the practicum experiences will take place on the day prior to the start of modules three, four and seven. The topics for the practicum activities are: 1. Executive exchange - shadowing a colleague at his/her place of work and being shadowed 2. Conducting an organisational observation / diagnosis in an organisation other than your own 3. Consultation/ intervention - individual, team or organisational.

It occupies a 2.8-hectare site and has 7 amphitheatres with a total capacity of 500 and an 85-room residence. Abu Dhabi Campus Abu Dhabi is the home of INSEAD s third campus, which is just 25 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the Corniche. 9 Practical information 08 Application procedure Places on the programmes are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into consideration the applicant s level, objectives and the diversity of the classes. The Admissions Committee will review your application and advise you on the outcome as soon as possible. Note: all our Open enrolment Programmes are taught in English and participants should be able to exchange complex views, listen and learn through the medium of English. Tuition fees* The programme fee covers tuition, course materials and lunches on working days as well as the closing dinners. It does not include travel, accommodation and other incidentals. Participants will have to settle accommodation expenses and other incidentals before the end of the programme. *Fee subject to change.
