5 12 THE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS SEMINAR For current or aspiring non-executive directors who want to enhance their skills and be equipped for this multifaceted and challenging role. This highly specialised seminar with leading Cranfield and external speakers, will help you to understand the role and responsibilities of a non-executive director (NED).
