The residential part of the course takes the form of 14 three-day modules, representing a total of approximately 370 hours. The program is divided into two stages: 1. A core curriculum Designed as a practical foundation for managing a business unit. Participants are given the opportunity to learn international best practices and to focus on key areas important for their personal and professional development. Professional Thesis Each participant will submit a master thesis, under the supervision of a faculty member, on a topic relevant to their company or their career progression. ADMISSION In order to apply, participants must have the following qualifications: A four-year University Degree (or equivalent) from an internationally recognized university and an average of three years professional experience in a management position. Degree waivers may be granted for applicants who can demonstrate exceptional leadership talent and significant managerial experience. ADMISSION PROCESS 1. Selection Process HEC Paris general management test (or GMAT Exam, taken no more than three years ago) Interview with the HEC Selection Committee (comprising professors, alumni and ma nagers from HEC Paris) Final review and decision by the Admissions Jury.
