5 HISTORY Sanchay Tech has a very impressive History. It was 1st June 2007, when an idea for benefit of masses, and industry as a whole gave birth to Sanchay. This idea was a step for improvement, a step for transformation. The name Sanchay is Hindi/ Sanskrit word meaning, Kosh of Reserve, symbolising a reservoir of knowledge and skills. Initially Sanchay Tech was incorporated as Sanchay Department in the parent company K.K. Metals on 17th September Primarily it had 2 objectives, 'To manage the knowledge in the company', and secondly 'to develop Skills of the members of organization'. The department succeeded to a greater extent and to make it more effective, Sanchay Skill Development Centre was formed. Soon everyone in the organisation realised that this concept can do wonders for overall upliftment of the people and company as an entity. Seeing this success, management decided to help companies in solving many of their problems through the services provided by Sanchay. So in 2013, Sanchay Tech was born and is currently focused in providing quality and competitive product and services to all its clients. Page 04 of 09

6 OUR LOGO Our Logo represents our philosophy, culture and values. It s not just a design. Inspired by three most important elements of nature, the logo consists of three spherical circles of different colors, Yellow, Silver and Blue. Instead of circles, we see them as sphere. A Sphere s three-dimensional nature symbolises our G-Local aspirations to becoming a Global company with Localized services and solutions. Yellow Colored represents Sun. Symbolic of being the most Powerful, it denotes Sanchay Tech s high spirits, talent and relentless effort and energy towards Every project. The spheres. Silver Colored represents Moon. Symbolic of purity and truth, it also denotes Sanchay Tech s Commitment towards any work with clarity, focus and most importantly Honesty. Blue Colored represents Ocean. Ocean has unpredictable immense depth and helps sustain life. For Sanchay Tech, Ocean is symbolic of immense Depth of Creativity and ideas in our work, that gives life to projects.
