4 OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY Assessment Delivery Results Initial meeting with the client. Pre assessment to examine training needs. Customized content development. Post assessment to measure the effectiveness of the training programme Instructor led training session. Engaging learners through participant workbook, handouts, exercises. Situational practice session/role play to reinforce learning. Increase staff morale and productivity. Measurable change in profits, revenue, errors, or other operational factors linked to our training. Increased Productivity and Profits BENEFITS We work with the client to identify pre training strategies, the performance measures that would be important and credible. We custom design the training content to suit the client needs. We avoid using "one size fits all". If participants need to know something, we design the test to measure knowledge (multiple choice, true false, matching, short answer). If participants need to do something, we design behavioral evaluations (i.e., role plays or demonstrations) Before the training, the teaching style, content and flow of the training programme is determined. We provide participants / provide pre course work if required. Post training strategies and post test/quiz is done to check evaluation. All trainings are conducted under the supervision and guidance of certified and specialized trainers who are equipped with latest and various industry techniques to make training more conducive to learning. 5 FOUNDER Dr. Chandan Kashikar, Managing Director Chandan has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Training, Operations and Quality. Prior to taking up this assignment he devoted 15 years of his career to The Inter Continental Hotels Group (IHG), where he succeeded to become the Director of Operations and Human Resources for South West Asia with more than 15 hotels under his portfolio. Under the tutelage of Dr Chandan Kashikar, Proactive provides specialized services in Training and Management services. He has used his vast and rich experience of 25 years to create an organization that could render unmatchable business solutions to its entourage of clients from various industry sectors. Chandan is a qualified Hotel Management graduate with a MBA in Human Resources and Post graduate diploma in Sales and Marketing. He has several other qualifications in Management from International Universities which include, The Cornell University, École hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Humber College, Toronto. He is a certified Master Trainer, and has completed his Doctorate in Training and Development. He is also on the Board of Directors for various Institutes and Universities. His rich experiences in the service industry coupled with various qualifications speak volumes about the company he runs.
