3 TELE Greenland A/S Whlesale Data Services 1. Intrductin This Annex defines the Natinal IP Service. The prcesses and technical infrmatin t supprt the implementatin f this Service are described in the Operatins & Maintenance Manual (Annex E6 f this Agreement) and Technical Manual (Annex D6 f this Agreement). All equipment and plant that is deplyed as part f the implementatin f this Service shall cmply with relevant natinal and internatinal standards. All installatin prcedures used must cmply with standard industry practices and natinal and internatinal standards. The varius Service elements and their relatinships are described in mre detail in the Technical Manual fr the Natinal IP, Annex D6 f this Agreement. Natinal IP BSA (Settlement) Cnnect IP Access ruter/switch Natinal IP Access ruter/switch Glbal IP Natinal IP is a ruted IP cnnectin between the Cnnect IP in ne City and either the Cnnect IP in anther City, Glbal IP r a Settlement BSA Cnnect IP 2. Service Descriptin The Natinal IP Service enables a Service Taker t create intercnnectivity between any and all Service Taker s Cnnect IP Services, in any and all Citys. Charges are based n Capacity, nt n vlume. The Natinal IP Service is an ptinal part f the cmplete whlesale prtfli which enables a Service Taker t prvide IP based services such as Internet. The Natinal IP Service cnsists f the fllwing elements in TELE-POST s Netwrk: Creatin f Service Taker capacity in TELE-POST Transmissin Netwrk cnnecting TELE-POST PPs natinwide in Greenland, using micrwave, r submarine cable, as per TELE-POST Netwrk tplgy. The Service Taker must prvide an Cnnect IP Service in all relevant Citys, t terminate the Intercnnectivity prvided by Natinal IP. 3. Gegraphic Availability Only ne Natinal IP Transit Service is required t cver all TELE-POST PPs. 4. Service Demarcatin Defined as a lgical Netwrk entity in TELE-POST s Netwrk that a Cnnect IP Service can be lgically cnnected t. 5. Quality Criteria TELE-POST cmmits t an uptime criteria f 99.6% fr the Natinal IP Service Page 3 f 5

Chargeable Service Activities The applicable charges fr the Service described in this Annex is cntained in the Price List Annex cntained at Annex G f this agreement. The Service Taker will be charged fr service activities such as: Setup charge A ne ff charge fr the initial prvisin f the Natinal IP Service. Mnthly recurring charge Cmmitted Data Rate (CDR) price If a Service Taker is purchasing TELE-POSTs Natinal IP Service, the Service Taker will have a minimum, Netwrk wide, bandwidth cmmitment assigned fr all access pints in the Netwrk (the Cmmitted Data Rate, CDR ). The CDR is agreed upn in the Order Frm and is the minimum amunt f bandwidth that will be charged t Service Taker each mnth at the CDR price, even if nt fully used by Service Taker during a calendar mnth. Micrwave surcharge If a Service Taker is purchasing TELE-POSTs Natinal IP Service, the Service Taker will pay a surcharge n tp f the CDR price fr the part f the bandwidth cnsumed in the micrwave cities. Burst surcharge (ptinal where available) If a Service Taker is purchasing TELE-POSTs Natinal IP Service, the Service Taker will pay a surcharge n tp f the CDR price fr the amunt f bandwidth cnsumed abve the CDR (the Burst Data Rate, BDR ) Bandwidth calculatin The bandwidth calculatin is based n the calculatin f the aggregate bandwidth usage with a 95th percentile threshld. This methd is industry standard and prvides the equivalent bandwidth required t supprt the ttal traffic flw n a single access prt. Bandwidth usage is determined by cllecting upstream and dwnstream bandwidth usage samples, fr each access pints in the netwrk, every 5 minutes thrughut the mnth (a sample is based upn the average usage acrss the 5-minute segment). After cllectin f the samples fr all access pints in the netwrk, upstream samples fr each 5 minute interval are added int a single data set that represents the aggregate bandwidth. After aggregatin the 95th percentile is calculated. The result f the calculatin represents the aggregate upstream usage. After cllectin f the samples fr all access pints in the netwrk dwnstream samples fr each 5 minute interval are added int a single data set that represents the aggregate bandwidth. After calculatin f the aggregate upstream usage and the aggregate dwnstream usage the lwest value is discarded and the highest value is used fr billing. 5 TELE Greenland A/S Whlesale Data Services Example f an capacity calculatin: In a 30-day billing perid, 8,640 samples are cllected fr the BGP access pint and directins (Upstream/dwnstream, 12 samples/hur * 24 hurs/day * 30 days). The samples are aggregated int ne dataset and listed frm highest t lwest. With the 95th percentile calculatin, the highest 5% r 432 samples are discarded (representing the tp 5% f usage levels). The highest remaining sample (sample 433 in this example) is used t determine ttal bandwidth usage. Service change charge A ne ff charge per incident f service change n Natinal IP Service Terminatin charge A ne ff charge fr the cessatin f the Natinal IP Service. Testing Resulting in Fault nt Fund If a fault is reprted by a Service Taker regarding a Natinal IP Service and when that Natinal IP Service is tested by TELE-POST the Natinal IP Service is fund t meet, r exceed, the specificatins detailed in Annex E6 f this agreement, a Fault Nt Fund result wuld be deemed as the result. In that case, TELE-POST can charge the Service Taker fr the test as indicated under the item Testing When Fault Nt Fund in the Price List Annex at Annex G f this Agreement. Where a fault cnditin cntinues t exist the Service Taker may request additinal testing t seek t establish the cause f the fault. Charges fr this additinal testing shall be based n the additinal wrk perfrmed as a result f the request. The prcess fr tackling fault reprts is described in the Operatins & Maintenance Manual at Annex E6 f this Agreement. Cancellatin f an rder fr Natinal IP Service If at any stage in the prcess t prvide a Natinal IP Service, a Service Taker withdraws its applicatin fr such Service, the Operatr will be charged the full installatin charge fr the Service riginally requested and/r additinally apprved by the Service Taker later during the prvisining prcess, as indicated in the Price List Annex at Annex G f this Agreement. 7. Technical Descriptin A technical descriptin f Natinal IP Service is cntained in Annex D6 f this Agreement. 8. Charging The Service Taker will pay TELE-POST all relevant charges as calculated using the charges specified in the Price List Annex, Annex G f this Agreement. 9.
