PRICING GlbalLinx LCR and GlbalLinx Lite tariffs are priced regularly t ensure the mst cmpetitive rates fr all destinatins. Our custmers are prvided with a ntice perid f fur t five business days befre a price change takes effect. GlbalLinx Premium prices are generally valid mnthly, with the ptin t negtiate a mre stable pricing perid. ORDERING The prduct requires cnnectivity t the Internatinal Gateway Exchange (IGE). Once cnnectivity is established, the cnnectin is tested. OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE Telstra Whlesale accunt managers can prvide custmers with mnthly traffic vlume and prfile reprting. Faults shuld be reprted directly t the inter-carrier fault management (IFM) grup. MANAGING FAULTS Faults reprted directly t the IFM grup will be assessed, investigated and addressed by them. GlbalLinx Premium prvides custmers with quality assurance thrugh service level agreements and service level guarantees t the tp nine internatinal destinatins. A netwrk cnnectin rate (NCR) f 80 per cent is Telstra s minimum bligatin. A NCR belw 80 per cent will result in a rebate payable t the custmer. Mre infrmatin n service levels and hw the NCR is calculated is available in the service schedule fr this prduct. Custmers accessing GlbalLinx Lite (VIP ruting) may wish t cnsider an endt-end slutin using Telstra Whlesale Internet (TWI).
