7 ICE Cnnectivity: ICE Hub Pricing Custmer cntracts directly with their preferred data circuit prvider Custmer is respnsible fr all telecm installatin and mnthly recurring fees with the prvider f their chice $1500/mnth* ICE trading system access fee per physical cnnectin One time ICE set-up and activatin fee f $2500* per physical cnnectin *Plus applicable state and lcal telecmmunicatin taxes based the apprpriate rates per lcale. 7

Other services such as additinal crss cnnects (single-mde fiber, cax, r cpper), remte hands, enhanced pwer fferings, POTS lines, etc are als available. ICE prvides and maintains all facilities relatinships (pwer, cling, etc.) 8

Any fees and all fees billed t a client by their prvider are charged by that prvider, nt ICE. 11
