2 What is CQA Connect? CQA Connect is an extension of the Coles Quality Academy, for suppliers working in partnership with Coles to deliver the highest quality and safest products for Australians. CQA Connect is an online portal designed exclusively for Coles Brand suppliers and team members. We have developed a number of learning modules to assist suppliers in addressing the most common issues in the supply chain. Following feedback from Coles suppliers, we realise you have a commitment to improving the skills and knowledge of your employees, however, you needed alternative learning options in addition to face-to-face classes. This research has resulted in CQA Connect, an online community portal featuring essential training online, streamlined communications with Coles, feedback and advice from industry experts and exclusive access to key resources. Now with 8 new courses online and more to come, CQA Connect is the ideal platform for staff training and compliance with Coles requirements. Industry News and Information CQA Connect offers an online hub for all the latest industry news, including news feeds from key food industry websites this is an easy way to keep up to date with what s happening in the market. Key Coles Brand updates will also be communicated with suppliers through the portal. Food Safety Resources and Webinars The CQA Connect portal offers access to a variety of webinars, to assist you and your business meet the challenges in a changing marketplace. Webinars will address current hot topics, changes to requirements, changes to legislation, key supplier issues and more. New webinars will be added to ensure suppliers receive the latest information. CQA Connects offers exclusive access to a library of recorded webinars on topics including Allergens, Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Auditing, Food Standard Code and more. CQA Connect will also include a variety of resources including short videos and support documentation to assist suppliers meet the Coles requirements. Online Learning Modules CQA connect offers a variety of online training modules, with the base subscription including the foundation courses relevant to all Coles suppliers. This extends to an upgrade package of essential courses for QA professionals. Online training saves time and money, eliminating the need for travel and accommodation or days out of the office. Training can be completed at a time and place convenient to you. A key benefit of the CQA Connect subscription is automatic access to updated courses and new modules when they are released. 3

6 Terms and Conditions Annual subscription period commences upon registration and payment of the Subscription package. Full payment of the subscription fee must be received prior to commencement. Prices include GST. Usernames must be nominated at the time of registration. Each subscription is entitled to 1 (one) licence transfer provided training has not begun with the individual. Transfers will attract an administration charge of $70 (ex GST) per transfer. No cancellations or refunds once the subscription commences. Upgrades during the subscription year require 30 days notice in writing plus the balance upgrade fee. Re-subscriptions will be issued 90 days prior to current subscription end date, after which if subscription is not renewed the licence will be put on hold for 1 months, then cancelled.
