1 How to sign up to Ultimate Black Belt Guitar 1. Press Sign UP at Ultimate Black Belt Guitar 2. Enter Your Name 3. Enter Your Address 4. Choose a Login Name (User ID) (This will be the login name to Ultimate Black Belt Guitar) 5. Choose a Password (This will be the password to Ultimate Black Belt Guitar) 6. Confirm your Password Enter the same password as you entered in (Choose a Password box) we recommend writing this down on a piece of paper! 7. Select Continue

7 3. This will direct you to this screen. a. Ensure radio button is selected; No PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available) b. Enter Credit or Debit card information c. Enter Billing Address d. Enter Contact Information e. Enter ID Security Check f. Press Continue

8 4.Enter your Address and select a Password (This will be the address and password to your newly created PayPal account. Press Continue

9 5.This will inform you that future payments will be paid with this credit card. Select the Pay button.
