6 Graduation Requirements Earn at least 28 credits (core classes & electives) / Magnet students 25 credits Complete a pathway Pass the Georgia High School Graduation Test in a subject area OR One EOCT in the same area. Pass the Ga. High School Writing Test
7 Attendance If your child is absence, please send a note within 3 days. Students who miss five or more UNEXCUSED absences in one semester will lose credit for the course and if they drive to school, they will lose their parking permit. Unexcused absences can be appealed- See Mrs. Laura Morris for a package.

49 Graduation Dress Please read the information about required attire we try hard to have a unified graduation and students not adhering to the dress code will not be allowed to march if you have any questions or need help with this matter please call the school.
50 Girls 1. You may wear conservative jewelry (small ear rings, watches, and rings). Chains and necklaces may not be worn outside the graduation gown. 2. Shoes should be dark dress shoes. All shoes must have a back or a strap sandals are fine but they must have a strap around the back. Hose are optional, but if worn should be the approximate color of your skin. Do not wear socks. No boots. 3. Dress- you may wear a dress or skirt. Neither the neck or length should show from under your gown. 4. Cap must be worn so the board is straight, NOT tilted. 5. Do not bring purse or other valuables
